Riverwalk Pier - Fishing pier in Bay City - , USA

Wonderful place to view the city of bay city from the middle of the saginaw river... i recomend starting at bigelow park and walking to vets park along the riverwalk and seeing the sites and there is plenty of lights to make a nice trip at nightime as well with the city lit up and the lights on the bridge are amazing...

One of my favorite places to walk

This was so awesome..... It was worth visiting even in the winter time.... Be careful though as it freezes over and can be very slippery. But just take your time and enjoy. Summer time this is certainly worth it.

We love our local Riverwalk. The paths are very well manicured. The volunteers do an amazing job with the grounds. It's an amazingly maintained, veriegated gardenscape that must be seen to be appreciated. The boardwalks make for a great stroll or bike tour through this part of the rail trail, especially when the weather is nice. There are public picnic tables and loungeswings to watch the wildlife and migrating geese (too many sometimes!). Very dog friendly with stations to help clean up after their messes. We wish that the local skid marks didn't have to tag the posted art with spray paint, but even that seems in decline... still stop your nonsense, you little jerks.

So beautiful. The sights and sounds of natural nature mostly drowns out the Hussle and bustle of the city right across the way. Definitely coming again.

Great place to view the river and wildlife

Lights on the pier were not working in places, so be careful at night. Some graffiti was present. Tree at the entrance needs trimmed away some as it's overgrown and a safety issue at night. If you go at night, bring protection. When leaving their was a group of younger people playing with a machete between the pier and parking lot.

About a three mile walk from Bigelow Park to the city boat dock round trip. There are some of the best places to watch t fireworks festival along the River Walk. Someone could get up very close to where the fireworks are shot off.
