Riverwalk Casino Hotel - Featured Reviews (3095)
Very disappointed with check in. First we were checked in under the wrong reservation thankfully I noticed on the paper before I signed it. Waited an hour and a half for our room to be ready. At 2:30 we were told room would be ready at 3. At 3 we were told 15 minutes. At 3:30 we were told it will absolutely be ready at 4 because that's what time house keeping leaves. Finally get checked in and now my account has 2 pending $50 charges and one charge pending for close to $300. Casino and hotel are average. Not vert impressed with either.
Fine and standard American hotel close to the water. A bit annoying that we had to show our passport 3 times when arriving. Good parking area with surveillance. The male receptionist were really welcoming and friendly. I can recommend this hotel for one night on the road.
Nice place, right next to water. Drivers, do not take a truck an trailer here! Nasty hill down and up to get out! Unless you are Bob tailing.
My husband and I stay at this hotel over the weekend, our experience was amazing, guest services at the front desk was welcoming the food good we felt secure the whole weekend. We came once before to gamble and decided to stay this time and we will definitely be back.
Didn’t go for the gambling, just for a room. Rates were pretty good for the area. Room was good and very quiet. Good view of the Mississippi, just downstream from Vicksburg. 10 minute drive if you want to see the town. Decent food at reasonable prices. No bar - you can only get drinks by ordering from waitress in the casino. No microwaves or fridges in rooms. It’s the price you pay for sleeping at a casino, where everything is geared to get you on the gambling floor and keep you there. Rooms were $50 a night lower than some very basic hotels in the area - and those places probably had everything anyone would need. But we just needed a bed for a night.
The shift manager for swing shift tonight just forced a girl 5.5 months pregnant with twins to either stand or sit on the other side of the room because 'if you not playing you ain't sitting. No exceptions.' She even wanted to play, but he poorly staffed his shift. Who hires a manager incapable of common sence or rational thought? Nasty trash. Never again! What a waste of a trip.
My husband and I stay at the Riverwalk and had a great time. Rooms were neat and clean. We will differently visit again
This is a really nice casino. Went in looking for an electronic roulette table, and theirs was really nice. The smoke smell you usually get from casinos was not around at this one. The only issue I ran into is that you can not get your own drinks. Once you're sitting down and playing a machine, a lady will come by. We never saw a lady, so we left.
Shout out to Christina! She was so helpful with our stays on the 31st and the 6th! Such a sweetheart! Thank you, Christina!
Liz has been wonderful all 4 of our stays this year. Doug was great when we checked in on the 31st. Marcie was great with o
Iâm from Missouri and was visiting family and wanted to try some of the local restaurants. This was by the far BEST! The staff is extremely friendly. I got the Vicksburger, Corn Salsa, and a PB&J smoothie and it was all AMAZING. It is a local famil
What a great little gallery of mainly folk art. We really loved this place. Really cool space with local art filling every brim. Some fun and funky pieces of jewelry and art in all mediums. Beautiful watercolors, some great mixed media, just great st
Another one added to my collection! ð¤ Here is my take
1. Plenty of selection. They have all the classic donuts and the size of them is on the larger end of the scale
2. The icing itself is sort of a hybrid of royal and something else. Almost a p
We had a wonderful stay at Oak Hall Bed and Breakfast. The house is beautiful and our room was perfect for our family of 5. We arrived super late but we were still greeted and showed around. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything
We are doing a cross country drive this summer, visiting national parks, landmarks and little known treasured places. We were thrilled to have found this restaurant. Itâs far from fancy, but in our humble opinion it rates as high as the Chart House
Melanie and I stayed at the Baer House for the second time in 7 years and Corey and Patricia were great hosts. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was a great start to our day. We will stay there in the future, Thanks
