Community gives the impression they are safe and secure with a fence and security, GUESS AGAIN!!!! People are rude and inconsiderate of others, also allow those little muts to go wherever they want and not clean up after, take them in your own front or back yard and let them do their business.....

I truly think our Park is the best kept secret in AZ for the over 55 crowd. 16 years owning here and still love it. All the amenities one could want and still amazingly affordable.
Family members live here, and they really enjoy it. With a well kept golf course, 9 holes, a Community clubhouse, pools and water fountain, this place is lovely. Gated, safe community. HOA. Lots are purchased, not rented. 55 plus. Snow birds or year round.
This place has an amazing Community. Most of the people in it are very friendly and sociable. There are a lot of activities that take place here and although I'm not a resident I've always felt very welcomed by any Resident that I had contact with. I have both been at visitor and then work with this place and they both been professional and courteous experiences.
