Riverside Villas - Apartment rental agency in Euless - 3741 Post Oak Blvd, USA

I’ve been here 7 months and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. Chandler is the sweetest person ever. Maintenance handles all work orders in a timely manner, I truly have no complaints about the property and how it’s being managed. Riverside is always doing something for their residents; food trucks, wine night, free gift wrapping, etc. I’m not a big fan of the surrounding properties, but that’s not a direct reflection of Riverside. I look forward to reviewing my new lease offer and potentially resigning if the offer is within reason.

I spotted these apartments as I was apartment shopping. My lease is up in December and I am definitely looking at moving here. The property is wonderful. The amenities are perfect for the way I live. The apartment that I toured was so spacious with a beautiful view. I’d like to thank Dominique for such a informative tour. She had me laughing the whole time. I look forward to working with and getting myself into an apartment.

I have been living here for 9 months and I am already waiting for the moment to renew my leasing . The apartments are completely new. The new administration is Excellent, Chanler is always willing to listen and resolve requests in a timely manner, she is friendly and always has a smile which makes it pleasant to go to submit a request or clarify doubts, the maintenance service is fast and resolves any inconvenience that may arise in the apartment in a matter of hours. They carry out activities to interact with the community. It is very safe and quiet. The pool is spectacular, completely clean, as are all the social areas of the community. I have already recommended it to my friends because it is a nice community.

This was the best apartment I looked at, the units are nice and modern. Alex and Chandler were super nice and they get back to you very quick on any questions you have. They were very helpful during the application process and overall just amazing!

Riverside Villas is a awesome place to live . The staff is awesome and will work with you to get approved. The staff makes you feel so welcome. I love this place, nice and clean, and not a noisy place at all. You would love making this your home because it’s affordable and meet all the standards of comfortable living. Dorothy

Riverside Apartment is “home” for my family and I. The staff Alex (our Community Manager) and Chanler have made us feel nothing less than celebrities. Alex is just an awesome and sweet personality, who is very communicative and patient to listen, and profer solutions at all times. While this is a small community it is well diversified and everyone is kind and friendly. Clean pet community as well. The amenities are great (trash pick up at your door, mail/pkg concierge, state-of-the-art gym, etc), great location and DFW Airport only 8 mins away. Couldn’t have asked for more if I had created it myself..Grateful for my experience and grateful to Alex for always being awesome ❤️💃🏽❤️🙏 I highly recommend Riverside Villas to anyone who needs a plesant apartment.

We have just left the residential complex riverside villas, the chanler girl is super friendly, attentive, and her personality is incredible. We have visited other communities and it does not compare with her treatment, I explain and make everything super clear. We loved these apartments, they are really amazing 🫶🏽✨

I just want to say thank you to this community. It's comfortable , quiet, and clean. I spotted this community on apartment list in may and kept in touch with chanler all the way to move-in day. She is so helpful , great communication , funny and attentive. me and my spouse didn't have a hard time applying or moving in everything was such stress free. oct 01 will be 1 month fully in the community ! the pool is beautiful and elegant as well as the gym being available to the residents 24/7. all this to say is riverside villas is an amazing community I am so happy I choose these apartments. Thank you chanler you are truly a great person and for making everything so hassle free!
