Little disappointed with service we received from RTI. We contracted with them to set up a virtual desktop enviroment and looked to them to help keep our environment according to VMWare best practices. We had issues with communication and getting things done in a professional organized manner. It was more of a shoot from the hip type engagement. After we where done we requested that we be able to purchase hours of support since one of their techs knew more about the environment than we did since there was very little documentation or knowledge transfer. After I mentioned to them that we bought another server from our primary hardware vendor for another virtualization project they seemed offended and then cut off all communication. Essentially I feel like they left us high and dry for a system they helped us put in. Not what I would expect from a VMWare certified partner.

I just called this company because the HP website says to take my warranties here. They said that they don't do warranty repairs for anything bought in a store. The employee that took the call and refused to do their job also provided no reason for this other than "It's confusing." This is also the only local location that HP recommends. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't take any of your business here!
