Very unprofessional, this place is run by ex convicts, ex druggies. The water leaks in almost every room. Mold is growing. The staff is full of drama. The owners don’t know how to run a business. They spread rumors about you. Owners don’t care. Don’t even bother giving them a dime. They own this property and the hills hotel in Mankato. They also have cockroaches and bed bugs!

Front lady was amazing but when I said I'd feel more comfortable in a jail cell I mean it. These room make me feel like I'm gonna get infected by something. Hire some new maids the cleaning lady looks like she's at her last stage. I would recommend u sleep in your car. If u could get a refund for the days I still haven't stayed I would go stay in my car

HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, METH (and other drugs for sure)TRAFFIC GALORE (including an employee that recently made the paper) and another guy that was cleaning for them that stole stuff from other renters and was KNOWINGLY (by management and others) selling meth out his window. Wouldn't fix a broken door for 86 hours, couldn't even close it let alone leave for work and got hung up on by Gail, that is the property manager and 0 return texts until I got fire marshall involved. Had heat stroke twice in one week cuz it was 90 in room and they refused to change or fix AC! If they don't like this review then they should change how horrible they treat people and the nasty bug and black mold infested conditions (watch out for scabies as well)! If you value yourself and your health STAY AWAY!! I feel bad for the employees that work there that aren't trying to screw ppl over, there are a few kind women there.

Front desk was amazing while getting me booked. Get to the room and it smelt strange, but looked decent. Say on the bed and the frame was broken. I have 15 screws in my spine I almost couldn't get out the bed. Then shower and the front desk is knocking on the door asking me to stop the water it's leaking downstairs. I was asked not to use the shower until the plumber comes. I asked to move rooms but they're booked. Just here hanging in poverty hole with no maintenance or apology or solution. Not to mention I have my 9 yr old and the smell of marijuana in here gets me high.

Ghetto as it gets. The pair running the ront desk pretenteded they didn't have any rooms, then magically found one for $113 dolllars plus tax🤣... $113 for a dumpster dive motel ....I just walked out.

Would be fine xcrpt the hallway is akin to a cat litter gas death chamber as if the cat ppl have 0 sense of smell. The morning curly haired person is no comment at this juncture. Good value for whom needs it B-

The pictures and rating online is a joke. I checked in and walking up to my room the hallway was rundown and gross and smelled awful. When I opened my room the room smelled like mold had been in there for 5 years and had gross stains all over the walls and the bed sheets were stained and dirty. The shower had mold, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The staff is awful. Place smelled like weed and other stuff being smoked (not cigarettes) and people constantly outside smoking and drinking. I didn’t feel safe staying here and constantly thought I was going to get robbed. Place should be shut down.
