Riverside Resort Pompano Beach A reservation was made through a third party and all processes were done through management via text or email. Before entering the facility a picture of a credit card  💳 and photo ID was required. The credentials were emailed along with the make and model of the vehicle that will be parked on the premises. The building has four floors and an elevator for easy access to the upper floor. Our unit was on the fourth floor but we weren't satisfied with this unit's condition. We complained and at first, the management took longer than expected to resolve our complaints. so we had to take the elevator. The elevator smelled like weeds, drugs, and other unpleasant odors. I like the unit because it has a full stove, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Also, the closet has a safe.  There is a 64-inch flat-screen smart TV and a full-sized bed. However, I liked the fact that the manager was very helpful. And yes, my card was charged $50.00 for parking fees, that was a first because I  am a frequent vacationer and traveled all over and was never charged to park on a premises that is in a nonmetropolitan region.

I love the area I come to Pompano area every year. I usually stay at Ocean Beach resort. I booked Riverside for a trip for my granddaughter and I. The air-conditioned didn't work, so we were hot in the studio apartment. early check-in was not available after getting approved so we were outside for hours. I did receive a discount for the inconvenience. Personally didn't like the studio small no sitting area. We sat outside a lot tho. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning. It's a short walk to the beach and shops. I probably will not be booking again. You gotta try Phil's heavenly pizza close by if you're in the area. We absolutely loved it !

Everyone here was on their game for sure! Our experience was so nice we emailed management to see if we could buy a unit as we travel as a family for my husbands work. They do require a deposit of $200 and you pay $10 for parking but very much work it. It was very peaceful and right near the beach, the rooms were spacious, we stayed in the two bedroom as well as a one and both were very clean and home like. The rooms come equipped with cooking utensils, large fridge ect. The staff did what they could daily to keep the hotel clean and took pride in it. I suggest booking for a while as they sell out quickly. We stayed for work vs vacation and kept adding days risking a sell out.

Booked 9 days centered around Memorial Day w/e. Room was very clean and fresh smelling. Bedding very comfy. Kitchen w/ 2 burner glasstop. Big fridge. Grounds were private from outside view. Several sitting areas throughout scenic grounds. 2 grills onsite. I slow cooked ribs, steaks, hot sausages, burgers/dogs. Pool area seems small for number of rooms, but I had no issue finding a lounge. It's scenic and cleaned regularly. Located between ocean and river 0.5 miles south of pier w/i walking distance of most anything you need. On-site Service is limited to a few hrs each day, other requests handled by phone. They contacted me during stay to check in. I had no issues at all, but I'm not needy..... Very affordable and great value. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this "hotel" for three nights. Is it a hotel or an Air B&B calling it a hotel? Initially, our impression of the place wasn't very positive. Upon arriving and seeing metal shopping carts in the hallway, we couldn't help but feel uneasy, wondering if the area was sketchy or if people were living in the hotel. However, we soon discovered that this wasn't the case; the carts were provided for guests to transport luggage or for housekeeping to handle laundry. Nevertheless, first impressions matter, and the presence of these carts along with the elevator in need of a fresh coat of paint gave off an air of neglect and just "cutting corners or being cheap". Simply repainting the elevator and investing in better luggage and laundry carts would greatly improve the aesthetic. We were pleasantly surprised to find the exterior and our room clean, updated and well-maintained. The only downside to our room was its connection to the main office. I would suggest replacing the hollow MDF door with a sturdier metal one for added security and privacy. ||The pool is beautiful and there is also a garden area with a tiki hut where we used to have supper with the kids. ||The hotel's proximity to Walgreens made it convenient for snacks, and its location just minutes away from the beach, particularly the new Pompano Beach Pier, was a major highlight. The surrounding area shows a promising atmosphere, with plenty of people fishing and a palpable sense of growth and positivity.||I would recommend this place for anyone looking to have easy beach access, a nice pool to sit by and to have the feel of a hotel, but also feeling independent like it is an Air B&B.

Apartment was great for the price we paid even on a holiday weekend that everything is more expensive !!!!!! 2 blocks from the beach and clean inside , now the pool very pack is to little for a building of 4 floors dint use it was full the entire weekend. Also even do they said no noise after 8 pm there is noise specially in the morning. in reference to the service i barely get any only at check in the girl was nice not the extra mile but good customer service , I definitely will recommended for a short weekend were you are not going to spent time in the hotel. the area is amazing near beach , piers walk , restaurants and more. The location is great and this place has potential to be great but who ever is running this place is going to run it into the ground if you don't start fixing it up. Room 403 is by far the worst room. It shares a hallow door with the main office you can smell their lunch food and hear their entire conversations in your room. To top it off non of the TVs worked, the AC had us so hot, the stove was filthy inside and outside it started smoking cause it was so filthy inside, the oven fan is for show and couldn't air the smoke out the room so the fire alarm started going off, the sink is clogged, the bathroom door does not lock, the room safe is broken, the garbage can draw is broken, the sofas had questionable stains the floors had questionable stains. Besides all that the pool area is decent until you notice the black filth ring around the pool that's built up scum. Get it together please, clean and fix this place up.

Check-in as entered on Agoda booking is from 04:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. We arrived at 11:10 p.m. Nobody was there. I met some people there who already booked an Apartment. They told me that the office already was closed at 04:00 p.m.|Additionally I received a mail in the morning at the same day telling me that somebody would wait for me at the accomodation, further details will follow. I never received those details.|It lasted until 04:30 a.m. until I finally I could go to bed - in another hotel. The time in between was spent trying to find out the phone number of this accomodation without succeeding, numerous and endless as well as expensive calls with Agoda who really tried to help me (thx for that again, but didn‘t succeed like me), finding a new accommodation and finally going there. |„Thank you“ to Riverside for waisting my time and money as well as the next day of my vacation (of course we did not get up so early as intended).|I would recommend to look for something else - do not stay here.
