It's as good a strip mall I suppose as any. Harbor Freight is the anchor in the private sector, with Tehama County Social Services being in the same place. Dollar Store, Faking Prices, which is awesome, and Dutch Bros with a next gas station are all there. Pretty busy location, be aware of that. But unique blend of offerings!
We went to the grocery outlet for some last minute shopping and the auto parts store for some antifreeze. It was very convenient to have both stores in the same parking lot.
There is good stuff going on in this plaza. Harbor Freight, Roy's Tobacco, Falling Prices, and the movie theater are all great value stores that help you save money.
In my opinion there is not enough staff. The line goes all the way around the parking lot sometimes. And when it is that busy, the customer service suffers.

The store is small and not well kept or maintained kinda dirty even... but no matter what dollar tree you go to the never have enough staff to cover everything so it's not their fault they can't be cleaning and stocking and ringing people up all at once. The check out girl was super nice.
It was not crowded with parking this time, must be popular... This visit I gave a good friend a ride, I don't know how the service was this day. I give y'all five stars anyway, after all service is always good.
