This is a quirky little place. It's a small food court with lots of choices. All of the vendors were privately owned, with no chains. There was every type of food imaginable, a full bar and a brewery. Everyone was really nice. I was visiting and couldn't decide what I wanted to eat so I came to the Food Lab. I would definitely go back.
The pizzas at bricks and birch were too over priced 2 12 inch/ medium size pizzas were 42 dollars, and they looked like flat bread pizzas with sprinkled seasoned ground beef. Tasted almost the same as frozen pizza.
Mi Vida Gorda is a must try! The flaming hot Cheetos taco is so good! My sisters ordered the cucumber cocktail and it was just okay, maybe pick a different one if you go! The whole place is just a cool vibe and there are lots of food options to choose from.
