I went for lunch and had never been here before but I can say I was pleasantly surprised! The food was good and the waitress was on top of it and very friendly! The place was inviting and seemed to be very clean. My only complaint is that another waitress was vacuuming real close to our table. I will be back. It's very inviting, family friendly, and an affordable place to go.
This place is a very local restaurant that in many ways is a throwback to a simpler, nicer day. Really good service. Great food. Really good value (menu said 2 pieces of bacon, but everyone got 3! 🙂) we had breakfast but the big fluffy onion rings that the waitresses kept carrying out looked amazing! We will be going back to try those.
Always wanted to try this restaurant, did today very filling food. Happy atmosphere, good food will be back!!!!
It was super busy, but the staff is trained for that. For $13 dollars, I had: 2 eggs Half a slice of ham 2 slices of bacon 2 sausage links Hashbrowns And 2 regular sized pancakes Wow!! The coffee was great and filled up when needed. Cream was on the table, and more was brought upon request. The food was hot and very good. The restaurant was crowded, so it is definitely a popular place to go in Muncie IN. My husband and I would definitely go again!
GREAT FOOD!! I was just a little taken back when my niece and great nephew, who I haven't seen in YEARS arrived, hadn't even sat down, and the server kept asking what they wanted to drink....Like 3 times! I found it to be a very uncomfortable situation and it was really hard to bite my tongue as i had drove in from Ohio.. But I did bite my tongue... and the rest of our visit was fabulous.
First time being here and we loved it as a family. Big portions for great prices! I had the Country Fried Steak combo and couldn't finish it all. We will definitely be back!
We ordered take out .it was our first time eating from there. 1 of the meals we ordered a bake potato got mash potato,,we did get the sour cream & butter to go with the bake potato, just no bake potato,,we ordered 3 meals it was under 40 dollars, plus they were large portions of meat ,mash potato, Mac n cheese, it was very good. We have since ordered carry out again.GREAT PLACE!!!
Excellent service & food, The salad bar is endless and if you add it to your entree it is only $4.99 The salmon glazed with a sweet barbecue sauce was a perfect compliment to the dish. I would highly recommend the Mac n cheese. Itâs worth the $1.9
Taste amazing! Got the banana and chocolate caramel. He put too much powder in the first chocolate caramel but stopped us and fixed it before we even noticed! Very friendly and helpful. Will happily buy again!
Went to the Ball State University planetarium and saw a star show. It's a truly impressive facility and the shoes are free to the public. A great educational and entertaining resource for everyone including children. We'll definitely be back soon!

Quaint, charming cafe with cozy decor in the heart of Muncie. The food was incredible! I had the Island Pork sandwich with a mango chutney that was everything! Soups are delicious also.
Just my 12 yr old grandson and myself tried the Muncie Theater. I had never been before and didn't know where to start. The girl who watched over us was excellent at helping with hints. We didn't make it all the way, but I will definitely go back.
