Great gated community recreational area, plenty of pools so nobody has to rub elbows if they don’t want to. Only downside is that older adults tend to hog the all ages pool and then get mad about it. FYI; there is an adults only pool and jacuzzi that is usually empty every time I come.

It’s nice to have this accessible, but the constant breaking down of either the pool or hot tubs is why I would give it a 3-Star.

This is a BEAUTIFUL PARK W/ POOLS AND PICNIC AREA, A PRIVATE LAKE w/ Ducks & Boat launches & a SMALL PARTY ROOM. . Houses line the Little Lake with fountains , Feels as if you are NO LONGER IN BAKERSFIELD I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. SO PEACEFUL .

The pools are always clean and the atmosphere is gorgeous! My grandbaby loves it too

I lived here once back in 2007 through 2009 loved it loved it loved it it makes you feel like you're outside of Bakersfield like you're not even in this horrific place just kidding it's not all that horrific but the more water the better my gosh can you imagine if the Kern River was actually filled with more water gushing through as you enter into the city how desirable that would be we would have so much more people living here why not let someone out of the Isabella dam? Then again I know nothing about what's happening and why things are the way they are I'm not an engineer nor do I understand what caltrans says or Bakersfield City planning but what I do know is that as a citizen if they're worm or water more people will be living here. That's what makes River like so awesome because of that beautiful big lakes. Sorry I do talk to text so some of the grammar is not coming out right but I think you can get the drift sorry.

This place is awful. The HOA is what every single horror story of HOAs is about. Walk away... actually run! Did I mention the Health department had to close the pool for a while due to the pool having mold? Deplorable.

Only 50 ppl can be in at a time which is fine but then you would think they would have the big pool open too not only 2 small ones

Was their for Clyde and Monica Burget wedding on April 2 nice place but they should have had a nicer place for groom to and the Bride but all in all a good place to have a wedding
