Riverfront Inn - Motel in Mt Clemens - 975 Southbound Gratiot Ave, USA

Dropped a friend and he was able to get a room . I wish I could have gotten room there over a year but they had nothing available at the time Unable to comment on the service since I don't recite there

Very friendly accommodating and view of the water

They had several rooms available except the fact that they only wanted to rent out the jacuzzi room because it was more money. I know people that stay there weekly renters and they assured me there were four or five smaller rooms but the man did not offer me any of those so I left.

I was surprised to find the room was actually really nice. The man behind the check in counter was very nice and helpful. Couldn't find anything wrong with the room. The Jacuzzi garden tub was amazing, completely relaxing, and was best enjoyed with a glass of wine and candles all around. I had a pleasant time while here until the morning when check out came. The cleaning lady was quite rude. As a guest at the hotel I did not care about what ever cleaning dead line she had. I wasn't quite ready to leave yet as I was a bit hangover and was still trying to pack up my belongings. I'm sure mine wasn't the only room she had to clean. If she had been nicer and left me to pack up on my own time I would've left a tip because I did make quite a mess. overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars because I liked my experience and would come back.

The staff is absolutely amazing and the rooms that are updated are fabulous. The bathroom is amazing inside your room you have a modern refrigerator and microwave cable is included in the price you pay and you feel safe. The manager of this establishment is an absolute angel.

This one was a little bit off the beaten path. No one was working in the lobby, nobody answered the phone when we tried to get a room. There weren't any cars in the parking lot so I presume there was vacancy. This is just bad business. It should be mentioned it is a very cute, from the outside, motel

Under staffed with a slight negative racial undertone. The management is terrible when it comes to customer service. However the young lady who cleans the rooms is polite, well organized and has a strong business scene. If not for her I wouldn't come back.

Where do we start??? People that run the place are very pleasant, I have stayed there 6 times in the past month. Some rif raft at times, new rooms are way better than old rooms. Worth it to pay more. Last visit I was attacked by bed bugs all over my body including my face and head....so disgusting! I called to let them know, no apology or compensation! I work in the service industry, not a good look serving food to people! One night while sleeping...a black man walks in my room having a key!!! Says he is staying there!!! After calling office, no answer...i get dressed and go to office...all stsff outsider smoking pot and drinking..fine! Do not feel safe here!!! probably never going back!
