I did the blue trail, which is lovely, well marked, and fallen branches and trees are cleared from the path leaving a very obvious trail even when you don’t see the next marker. Would have done the red trail but got spooked by the topless man who came out of the leaves. He was minding his business but still, I just finished this trail and went into the neighborhood to walk back.
This is one of the places that makes me happy to live in Riverdale. Nestled between the Hudson River and the furthest western street in the Bronx is this beautiful park. It is quiet with many trees and squirrels to keep you company. I sat on log the other day, gazing through the red and yellow leaves at the river. I could actually hear the water lapping at the shore. I spent an hour there reading my book. It is a thin slice of park, but it is fairly long, so you can spend a long time there. The only thing that annoys me about it is the people who walk their dogs without leashes. Read the signs folks, I have enough problems in life, I don't need to worry about your dog biting me.
This park is on a hill looking over New Jersey. There’s a train track along the park. We thought we’d catch the sunset here but the hills across the river block the video. It’s an alright park with a small trail.
This was an interesting park with some nice views of the Hudson River and Palisades. There were also alot of large, impressive Oak trees in the park, as well.
Very nice walking, hiking, and biking area. Overlooks the Hudson River for very nice views and photography. Bring your own water and food.
A secret wonderland! No restrooms or picnic area but hiking trails with magnificent Palisades and Hudson River views.
So awesome. Beautiful trails. Peaceful. My new home away from home
Beautiful park. But hard on the elderly as there is limited seating areas.
I travel from Inwood to Paulâs Park because of the basketball courts and the good times Iâve spent there. The people over there are super dope. Playground is legit right next to the courts with a baseball diamond nearby as well.
I enjoyed Pelham Bay Park. I went on the trails on Hunter Island and visited Glovers Rock. The trails were interesting and scenic. The park was quiet and peaceful during this time of year.
Seton Park is scenic, gorgeous and peaceful; in fact, old Pete, the Jewish Bruin lives on the closest bench to west 235th Street therein! He says it's even warmer at 3am on a January morning in the park than at 11am on any weekday inside the nearby.
Really cute little park with a playground, and sprinklers. I happened to stumble upon it while waiting forever for the bus. Also there is a baseball field and a few pieces of workout equipment. There's a really nice view of the water as well.
Great part of the upper east side of the Bronx NY. Easily accessible via exit 11 off New England Thruway I95. The is a public swimming pool, basketball and soccer field, children's playground with slides, swings etc. There's also a performance sta
I am like Alice in a wonderland at this park. It's very well maintained and I just wanna click my red heels like Dorothy and say "no place like home" :)
Had a marvelous time so did my emotional support puppy he loved playing and running in the grass on his own journey and next to the park was a food market where I also did some shopping my aid, myself and my baby what a beautiful day! â¨ð
