My wife and I came here with our 3 year old and we were very comfortable on our 4 nights stay. The self checking may seem weird to some but honestly, we had no issue with it. The room is clean. Loved the fact we had a small kitchen with actual cook top so that saved us money on food! The owners are almost always there theough the day and are very friendly! We will definitely stay again without a doubt. They're in a great spot. About a mile away from all the shops.
Large room with kitchenette. Everything we needed in kitchen to make breakfast. Super clean-sparkling clean! Love the Mrs.Meyers hand soap! Kudos to housekeeping. |Plenty of soft towels, crisp fresh linens. Fan and air conditioner. Lots of places to put belongings, hooks etc. Good location. It was raining so we didn’t use fire pit but we would have. Not modern but things well kept. We would stay here again!
Location is great for tourists looking to go to franconia notch, or visit some of the parks and attractions. Beds were okay- a little stiff which hurt my dad and sisters bodies. Other than that it was a great experience.
My friends and I came from a wedding held at Loon Mountain Resort. We were supposed to transfer to a new Airbnb when we were told of a mixup in the situation, so at around 9:30 p.m. or almost 10 p.m. (maybe even later) on a Memorial Day weekend that began on a Friday in New Hampshire, several hundred miles away from where we live in Queens in New York City, we were lost and out looking for a place to stay. ||We found a hotel near the resort, but the cost was $271 for a night and there's a two-night minimum requirement because of the Memorial Day weekend. We drove around and stumbled on the Riverbank Motel. We initially thought it was closed, but when my friend and I tried to go to the office and knocked on the door, the lights turned on automatically. ||Diana at the front desk welcomed us. Pleasant, charming, and fully masked! She was very kind and accommodating, and in less than 15 minutes we were on our way to Motel 9 across the street, which is basically a room with a porch and a parking lot! ||The place has two queen-size beds and was well stocked with the basics (i.e., towels, shampoo, soap, etc.). It was very clean and there was a kitchenette complete with dish soap and other kitchen accessories. The place was cozy and the surroundings were quiet. Most of all, the overall cost was less than half the hotel resort's price which also required a two-night minimum stay. Our total including tax was around $120+ (take note, this was a night of booking!). ||Thanks to this place and Diana, what was a stressful evening turned out to be a very restful night for me and my friends. ||Riverbank is a must-experience in Lincoln!
First time staying there and was impressed. Clean and in walking distance to Clarks and the local dinner that has the best raisin bread.
Positive: Pool was nice a super clean Negative: No daily maid service. No one on site at all for anything. Had to spend a half hour on the phone to get the code for the room because we never received the email/text prior to arrival.
Positive: The location is amazing. Although the cabin is outdated, I think with that being the case added to the comfy homey feel. We will continue to stay at this location for our annual NH trips Negative: It would be beneficial to have a broom or small sweeper to help guests clean up after tracking in salt and sand. As well as a couple more towel hooks either in bedroom or bathroom.
The view is amazing, right on the river! We stayed in cabin b, perfect size for a couple. Bed is comfortable. It’s awesome that included in the price is all the amenities at a hotel down the street, pools, gym, game room, movies. Peaceful location while being close to stores

Beautiful Hotel in the White Mountains. Outdoor pool was heated very nicely. Like bath water. Very refreshing when the outdoor temperature was below freezing. They were working on the new addition to the hotel which should hopefully be done soon. Ve
Clean, Safe, Fun. Tables in the cars to bring food (correct me if I'm wrong) or drinks if you want on the ride. The staff was super nice. Playground to play on while waiting to board the train.
We ordered the tom yum noodle soup, chicken rice soup and a stir-fried beef dish. The soups were exceptional, and they were the perfect way to warm up after a chilly day of hiking!
