We had stayed in the Bear Paw side many years ago and got a River Stone room this time. The place is well kept and enjoy that it is on the river. Kitchen had everything we needed and considering the time of year the fireplace kept the place cozy in the evenings. Also my complements to the couple managing the place, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. Great stay.
River Stone Resorts is a fantastic getaway location. It offers super easy access to the Fall River entrance of RMNP and is outside of town enough to have peace and quiet but close enough to easily enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Cinnamon's Bakery is not far away and a lovely treat spot. The condo complex is clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. Keep in mind, this isn't a full service hotel. It's a condo equipped with a full kitchen, paper towels, trash bags...all the basics. Gas fireplaces make it so cozy and the view of the river out front can't be beat!
I have stayed here twice. The 1st time when Estes Park Flooded. On my 45th birthday. The second time was July 2019. We love it there. I have not been able to bring myself back to going again. I lost my husband 7 months after that trip
We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and very well equipped. Staff was so supper. We liked it so much we extended our stay. It is a beautiful setting with a creek running in front of it. We we’re blessed to see wild Turkey and elk in our front door. We would definitely stay again. Lord bless you all
Absolutely wonderful memories were made! The condos are beautiful right on a river and it had just snowed so it was magical! Elk right outside our door. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, amazing time was had by all! Highly recommend a stay at this wonderful resort!
This is our second stay at this resort. The owners are very nice and friendly. We made a last minute change to come visit Estes Park again and the owners helped us with a room and found a room for our second night on a very busy weekend for a sold out Estes Park weekend. The condo was beautiful, on the river, decorated great, super clean, and had everything we needed. This property is top notch. Super close to the park and town. Visit during July or august for the hummingbird feeders they put out. It’s so much fun to sit out and enjoy the river and the birds. We have wonderful memories here. The Walkers
My husband and I stayed in a 3 bedroom condo from 9/29/23 to 10/5/23. The people who manage this resort are professionals. They are friendly and know how to make you feel welcome. The property was everything it should be. We would definitely return here on future visits to Estes Park.
We've stayed at the River Stone Resort before and we just love them. The condos are kept in excellent shape. the location is fantastic and the owners are great to work with. We would strongly recommend them for any future trips to Estes!

Trout Haven is a great family excursion. My kids talk about it all year. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not your cheapest trout dinner by lb, but well worth the memories.

Another of the beautiful overlooks of the Trail ridge rd. This one looks at the valley that is between the trail ridge rd and the fall river road to which the fall river flows from the receding glaciers of the RMNP. Has a slightly larger parking lot
Phenomenal view on a clear day. Quiet windy as should be expected, so protect your hats from flying away. Keep eyes open for mountain goats and elks. Last time we had a coyote jump in front of our car in pursuit of prey. The road up to this overlook
