If I could give zero stars I would definitely false advertisement from the photos on the website I could have booked holiday inn or a nice hotel on Priceline and got it for the same price I paid for this dump. The floor feels like it’s about to cave in … my lord I’m disappointed. All I can say is what in the ghetto !!! Although the man who booked me in was great and needs a raise

My son stayed at the Riverside Inn, New Port Richey, Fl, for 5 nights, including the days during our latest tropical storm. I had the best customer service from GRACE at the front office. She helped me in ways that would be too long to explain here. She went above and beyond! Her name, Grace, is absolutely perfect for her! Thank you, Kathy 🙏

I've been to this hotel twice when I've been unhoused. The first time was in 2018. The rooms were rough back then, but the staff were good. Kind, helpful, friendly. I recently stayed here after becoming unhoused again. The rooms have gotten better. Some decent upgrades make your stay more comfortable. And the stuff is still awesome. New faces but still kind, helpful, and every bit as friendly as they were in 2018. David S.

This has got to be one of the worst places I've ever stayed and that's saying alot since I travel for work. We check in and we're asked I'd we have any animals we inform her we have 2 service animals, she tells us we have to take one and leave it some where cause it's a 1 pet policy, so they spent the night in the jeep so half a tank of gas later, then there's no cold water in the room at all scolding hot shower no cold water means no toilet and no sink wifi didn't work it was dirty and to top it off on the inside of the door there's a sign that says we welcome ALL service animals. Wow there's no breakfast like it says there is this place if definitely worth passing up

Positive: The hotel and people was so very nice I had a lot of family come visit me their they didn't say a word .... that was so cool of them..only thing the room had a van smell in room and they saw some bugs in room. It's OLD and in need of update more expensive than it should be. housekeeping needs to learn how to clean! The Indian lady who runs it discriminate against someone being homeless! I have rented rooms there several times a week since Oct and this past week she found out I am homeless because of house fire no renter insurance she put me on a" do not rent list" the excuse she used was my dog peed on floor and I cleaned it up with a towel. Yes I did CLEAN IT UP AND THEN I RINSED THE TOWEL OUT !! I guess she would have preferred me to leave the urine on the floor! The place is a dump to begin with and they charge way to much! There is black mold in all rooms there are bed bugs and roaches burn holes in all sheets and blankets old stinking nasty pillows. I would wash everything in washing machine right before check out so I did not have any unwanted bugs in my things! But I stayed there because that all I could afford but when she found out I am now being homeless they won't rent to me now and that is descrimination Needs new linens and towels and wash clothes Needs new curtains

If I could give 0 stars I would. The rooms are gross and soap scum galore, on the shower handles , ripped shower curtain and all through out the room. they could have done normal cleaning til now. The floors were not walkable to due to how gross they were, barefoot or with shoes. Sheets had hair in them NEVER offered another room got told come grab sheets from the desk in this horrible place. Well we got them and my husband had to go up again due to the sheets looking like they had blood. Then got accused by the an after weekend's manager that we were lying. Also having to call the manager multiple times, even though the fd staff was informed manager that will claim to be one to handle issues. Well a weeks later I'm still having to call with these issues. Claimed they had audio stating that my husband and I were offered another room. Never were not once. But twice did we have to go up to the Front Desk to ask for sheet After! asking for another room and being told they are all out dated by the pm fb agent and they were almost at capacity. Well I'm glad your manager is standing behind you. Cause this is nonsense the hotel is out of date no problem deep clean it and change the 90s bedding floors and CLEAN it. Oh forget the toothpaste and unidentifiable makes on the wall. Yall will not get our business again. Also if you choose to stay here byo blanket for sure

Please don't go there.Do not go there right now.They have a credit card reader and they are scamming every.One's money.Please do not go there.I don't care about my money at this point I just don't want this happened to anyone else.How dare you?I have to sleep in my car. I just can't stop! They took funds not approved! Couldn't even get a McDonald's cheeseburger because we all know who did this terrible and left no to even eat! Wow, not in 58 years have I have seen this done. Investigating hotel business!!!!
