Location is king, but I've stayed in a few of these and the frustrating management detracts from the experience. The rooms have all had maintenance issues and were clearly heavily used without anyone bothering to fix broken items (e.g. toaster or cabinets or bathroom fans or more). One of the rooms was little more than bare-bones furniture, with nearly no decorations and a very worn down feel. Also, when we arrived the door had been left ajar, which was just creepy. Their parking policy requires that you move your car out of their convenient underground parking and into the main outdoor lot in competition with the rest of Denver the morning you leave prior to skiing since your building access expires at 1000.
