Maintenance team is awesome!! They’re always prompt with any issues I’ve had. Even though water has been shut off one or twice, they’ve made sure to notify us with enough notice. Keep up the hard work guys!!!
This place sucks. They’re shutting the water down for the entire apartment complex for the entire day. This is the 6TH TIME in less than 3 months. It’s always from 9 a.m until midnight. We CANT EVEN USE THE BATHROOM during this time and have to go to family and friends houses to do so. This sucks. Do not move here. I work outdoors and am always dirty when I get home and I cannot take a showeR when this happens. One time or maybe even twice is understandable, but 6 TIMES in 3 months is crazy.
The complex is well-maintained with a great location and a very friendly, helpful staff. The folks at the front office were very welcoming and kind throughout my application and move-in process and helped to make it a smooth, stress-free experience. The maintenance team has been wonderful so far as well, timely responding to any requests I’ve had and doing a thorough job.
I just moved in and I enjoy the community, it has its charm. Pretty quiet for the most part and many stores I shop at are very close. Dahiana was amazing at helping my son and I get approved and moved in. As my house fell through and we needed a place to stay ASAP. She was on top of it and if that is how the rest of the crew is then your in good hands here. Anyone looking for a place in the Conroe area, I would recommend River Pointe apartments.
Fallon Chapman is the best! She always takes care of work orders and follows up. Fantastic customer service. 5 stars one of the best reasons to rent here
We have been here for a year and we are really happy. It’s comfortable and affordable. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly and knows what they are doing. We’ve had no problems. We hope to stay for a while.
The touring, the application process and getting our keys was great! They were very helpful and very patience. The office helped me and boyfriend find a place that we wanted. Thank you River Pointe Apt ❤️
Let my start off by saying the office staff is wonderful. The leasing ladies are super sweet and the manager Fallin was professional, understanding, and very accommodating. We had some issues with our walk in on move in day and she took great care of us. I felt validated and very reassured and they started working on the issues right away. The complex is a little older but it’s nice and quiet. Great location. Will update after they finish the repairs but I’m happy to move in and make this place our home. Update: We’ve been here almost 10 months Maintenance has been quick with any issues. Dealing with outside vendors is a different story but the staff here does what they can. The manager Fallin is the one to speak to she is awesome and does her best to deal with any issues you have.
Beautiful community with spacious floor plans and so many amenities plus itâs in a perfect location. Kenny and Paul were awesome. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the doors. Thank you!
