This place sucks and is cruddy. Also overpriced. Before moving me and my mother went back because I needed a room for one last week in Klamath before heading to Eugene, the owner refused because "the last time I was here I had tons of in and out activity"--sorry for having friends. I also tried my best to clean up my room and even had a family member help vacuum the day prior, but the day I needed to leave I was rushed out absurdly fast by the rude and overweight lady who was apparently of the owners, also this place smells like meth and old people
Bugs all over the bathroom. They were crawling in the bed with me as well. They need to work a lot harder on cleaning these rooms. The speaker on my TV was blown out. I was only given 2 stained pillows for each bed. I wish I never even stayed hear. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
On the good side, the hotel was in a good, convenient location. The bathroom had been recently updated, however no towel racks, hooks etc. to hang towels etc Not updated except bath. . Past water damage bubbling on ceiling wasn't repaired. Shower water was only lukewarm.||Inadequate lighting. Huge problem is that there are permanent residents and other guests there who were constantly smoking. We were in room #48 at the top of the stairs and there is a sitting area with ashtrays right below. Our room filled with smoke smell continuously starting at 6 am. When I brought this to managements attention, they said that they had thought about moving the ashtray and would add my complaints to the "list"||Price was good but wouldn't stay there again. Not worth saving a few bucks. The better reviews I read on here were from some time ago.
I had to fly to Southern Oregon today to meet with a client. Not knowing the area I booked a roadside motel based on the pictures. When I got there the outside looked like the pictures and the room was clean but not great. No problem, I just need decent a place to lay my head.
As I’m settling in I noticed there wasn’t an ironing board and iron in the room so I went looking for the front desk person who was real nice. I found her on property dealing with a man who I thought was maybe the owner. So I say excuse me, do you have an ironing board and iron. He immediately snaps at me... No, we don’t have that. I stand there kind of shocked for a second, then she spoke up and said, well let me look upstairs, I think I have one hiding somewhere. This guy then snaps at her and said, you don’t have time for that, you need to take care of this...
At that point I walked away because I was very angry, not only at the way he talked to me but also by the way he talked to his employee.
Once I calmed down a little, I went looking for her to request a refund. I told her, she was great but whoever that guy is, he’s costing you business.
She told me that he’s the manager, apologized (something she shouldn’t have to do) and politely processed my refund.
If you own a business, your reputation will rise and fall by the way you treat EVERY customer. If you manage a business or provide customer service, your customers are the reason for your work.
I wonder how many other sales this local property that is trying to compete has lost because of poor customer service?
I know WHERE NOT to go next time I’m in Klamath Falls.
While it's true the motel is indeed directly across the street from a nice municipal park, and just off Hwy 97, I got the feeling the owners have just given up. The room wasn't very clean and the bathroom had mold. The curtains never really closed and the air conditioner just blew them open. Fortunately, I leaned years ago to tuck a few clothes pins in my bag. The rooms are non-smoking, but there were a lot of people smoking outside the rooms, and I could hear all of their conversations through the walls. There were also a lot of empty beer bottles in and around the trash cans. The owner swore the wifi was up and running. I was only a few doors from the lobby and the signal was weak. They also do not do breakfast. Yes it's cheap. But you do get what you pay for.
Interesting property. There are some permanent residents that are quite colorful and friendly; several were eager to start conversation. Room was clean, but the carpet was sticky and needed to be cleaned. The property is in good shape but is showing its age in places. Owners are wonderful people; very friendly and accommodating. Nice park across the street for dogs. Not many food options close by, but food delivery (via DoorDash) was available. Water pressure was meager and beds were on the firm side. Very nice mini-fridge in the room, plus a microwave. Easy in/out and right on Hwy 97.
We were travelling with friends on a limited budget and stayed here. It's definitely low end, but was ok. Our guests had an issue with linens, which were replaced by the housekeeper with brand new product. Our linens and drapes appeared to be right out of the packaging. The room was clean, had a huge bathroom and a giantTV, but only one channel. At least that was all we could find. One night was ok. Saved some money.
The management was great and I would like to rate the hotel higher. The room was cleaned pretty well. However, the room smelled and the carpet was just to old. If they replace the carpet with a nice vinyl planking it would likely help with the smell and give guests a better confidence in the cleanliness.
Unfortunately we had to stay at the Cimarron for three nights due to our vehicle getting totaled by a deer. As pet transporters it's very difficult to find accommodating hotels. Phil was absolutely amazing and made sure we were taken care of every st
Brevada was a breath of fresh air. This amazing space has so many seating options inside and out and they have set it up in a way that invites people to gather and stay. The coffee was good as was the service. My son decided he needed a turkey sandwi
The attendant was very inviting. When I walked in she explained how everything worked and had me at a table and ready to go in less than 2 minutes. I had fun painting this Lil' guy and can't wait to see him when he's finished!
This is the number 1 shop in Klamath Falls. I shop exclusively here because of the employees and their extensive knowledge about everything in their store. Helps a newbie like me find my perfect strains. Kaprikorn is my favorite farm now because of a

Best homey diner experience. They treat you like family. My Pops comes up from Sacramento, California to visit and they remember his order! Their milkshakes are fantastic. Their serving sizes are generous. The friendliest customer service ever.
We're so incredibly grateful for this wonderful vet service.
We've been patients for years with routine checkups and vaccines.
Last week our cat returned home after missing for months, grievously injured, unable to walk, the compassion and care that
1st time I ordered from them thru delivery. Their Carne asade was awesome. Tender meat, no gristle and marinated. Will not order from anyone else from now on. Jalapeños was horrible, tough meat and full of gristle. Horrible food.
I had a great time speaking to a bunch of students for Herald and News in Klamath falls, Oregon here at the beautiful Ross Ragland Theater. Absolutely gorgeous. I would go back anytime. Great sound, great lighting, great place, great time.
