River City Coffee - Coffee shop in Little Rock - 2913 Kavanaugh Blvd, USA

This is a great little local coffee shop! I love the atmosphere here. I'm a temp transplant from Chicagoland. I had a favorite little eclectic place back home that I had been missing, and this had a similar vibe. The coffee is fantastic and the service is always excellent. I go with my kids and they get Italian sodas. They literally have just about every flavor or syrup so they can make any latte flavor or any soda flavor. I also don't drink dairy milk and they have a lot of different options of plant milk. The small selection of bagels, muffins, appreciated by my kids, are always fresh too.

Good size double shot. Very good flavor. They don't serve their espresso with sparkling water typically but they did have it available. Friendly staff. Very eclectic place with a huge record collection and record player. It is small and seating is pretty limited. Pastries all looked store bought.

The coffee here is great! I had an iced cinnamon roll coffee and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee ice cubes! My drink never tasted watered down which is almost always an issue with iced coffees. The inside is pretty small, so sitting in might not be an option if they are busy. They were also slightly confusing to find since we drove there and on one side the shop is labeled as “The Duke” and not “River City Coffee.”

My puppy had its first pup cup here and the music was amazing. The drinks aren’t expensive and their bagels are affordable and delicious! I love coming here after school or during exams and the staff is unbelievably friendly. If you’re looking for a coffee place in Little Rock, I highly recommend this one <3

i really liked the atmosphere here! it was a really peaceful place to get some work done, and the record player is such a charming addition. i ordered an iced caramel latte, but i couldn't taste any caramel to be honest. also, it might just be personal preference, but i wasn't crazy about the espresso blend's flavor overall. they use coffee ice cubes too, if that's your thing. i also was hoping they'd have a few more food/snack options, but maybe i just came too late in the day. the barista who helped me was polite. the one who came in to switch shifts with her was pretty chatty with the customers, which i think is always a sign of a good cafe! again, the atmosphere was super chill and you definitely get a sense that they've built a little community there, which is awesome.

River City is the actual best coffee place in the entire tri-city area and I'm not one to say that lightly. Not only is the coffee and tea always amazing and delicious, there's a ton of options, and the staff are so kind in a way you don't often see often these days. For example, my car broke down in front just today and not only did they go out of their way to try and find me someone to help me jumpstart it, they even helped me find a charger for my phone and hung out with me until I was able to get outside assistance. They're always so kind and genuine and host the best poetry meeting days in town. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, like hanging out at one of your favorite friend's house, with an eclectic style and a ton of records to choose from and play, as well as board games and a variety of comfy, fun seating on various couches and chairs to nestle up with something warm and delicious to drink. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone.

Best neighborhood coffee shop in Little Rock! Excellent, friendly and attentive staff. A wide range of coffee options and a very engaging and welcoming vibe start to finish. Stop by and enjoy.

Great coffee, great tea, great music. If you're a student, that's great - you get sales tax knocked off. If you're an adult, that's fine - low prices means top quality without losing your arm in the process.
