Love the new picnic tables, one of the only Rita’s with lots of seating. Name a better duo than Rita’s and summertime , I’ll wait. Staff is friendly, and you can’t go wrong!

Next. Level. Rita’s is good, but this review is more about the confectionary creationist who made my Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Sundae with peanut butter sauce, whipped cream and cherry. The sundae came out looking 100% legit, so I could tell the young lady knew what she was doing, but it wasn’t until I was toward the end of the sundae when my spoon hit something uneven on the bottom of my cup: peanut butter cups! The young lady didn’t just meet standards, homegirl took it to the next level, bringing newfound joy to the end of the sundae. Word of advice: take your tastebuds to the window with the young brown haired girl and bring a few dollars to tip.

First time ever trying Rita's. We had a great experience thanks to Rachel who helped my daughter. It was so good we went back again!

Rita's app says they are open until 9pm and their voicemail claims the store is open until 10pm. However I arrived at 8:49pm and the whole placed was closed down. Another car had pulled in looking for a treat too and had to leave. Luckily we raced down the street and the Rita's in lutherville stayed open a few extra minutes for us. Overall I was extremely disappointed they were used. It used to be our go to location, not anymore. Lutherville you now have my business

I've been to all the Rita's stores along York Road and this store has the best customer service by far. They are always seem to have a line of customers waiting at the window and treat everyone with the utmost respect. They're always willing to take orders even minutes before closing. Awesome!

The first time this year Fast service and as good as I remember .I tried the mango gelato and it was excellent. They have added more tables and a bench to sit on. Clean and neat both where you order and where you sit..Take time from your busy schedule to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

I love going here every week. I always get the best service even if the girls dont say much, they are polite with the few words. Everyone is professional and have great attitudes. Highly recommend.

Good location, staff was friendly and quick, had people coming in and out while we waited. Definitely an efficient staff. My personal favorite, the custard, was amazing and wasn’t disappointed at all.
