My favorite place to go. This is where I go when I’m treating myself or need a pick me up. The different flavors of Italian Ice & Custard they offer makes it worth every trip. The customer service is top notch and you won’t be there long waiting. I was so excited when they opened the new location on Okeechobee. I highly recommend this sweet treat and they offer sugar free choices.

I have done uber eats about 3 times from this store and everything was great. Service and presentation was awesome. However, today I was so disappointed with my order of 4 Italian Ice Flight. The presentation and quantity was awful, not acceptable.The ice was just dumped into the containers and was half filled. I called the store to speak with the manager and was told by the young man that answered the phone that the manager was away for 2-3 wks and that there was a long line and he had to go after I explained the issues I had with my order. This is not acceptable and regardless of how busy or how long the line was that my order should have been rushed and sent to me in that manner. I did take pictures and sent it to Uber Eats. Hopefully, the manager will look into this and respond.

The soft serve is sooo yummy. The ice cream clerks were very welcoming and kind and provided fast service. Will definitely come again

Love their custard. Glad to have a Rita's closer to our house now.

I love Rita's but the price of sandwiches is ridiculous. $25 for a 6 pack leaves a sour taste.

The Italian ice & frozen custard is really good. You order & eat outside which is not ideal in the Florida heat.
