This Rita's has the best customer service. The staff indulge all kinds of crazy concoctions, no judgment. I wish they were open all year. Rita's taste best when it is 10 degrees outside. Thank you Sir for fixing the coffee custard and the young lady who knew how important it was to me🙌🏾🙌🏾

I used to love this location because they would make so many flavors. This time when I went, the mango ice taste like they only added half a pack of sugar in it. It was not sweet at all. Taste like WATER.
I refuse to eat from this Rita’s ! I have been here multiple times. I called nicely about a bug in my ice, was told that wasn’t from here, then I had a piece of hair and was told it was mine, then I had a piece of plastic that I thought was a chunk of ice. The owner does not accept responsibility. Be careful potential customers. Or returning ones, they do not value you here.
Have been to this location for years. Service is always good. I appreciate them for having patience with my wife and kids who take a long time making up their minds what they want and the flavors. Didn't know they had different flavors of custard available. I tried cheesecake custard and peach water ice gelati. It was goood!! They are wearing gloves and masks while preparing orders which is A+ to me with Covid19.
The pumpkin was not that good. I had a cheese cake flavor when I was in Virginia, I wish they bring that one back. Maybe in the spring.
They were open later in the season because of the extreme weather (heat). We were very pleased with the service and the offerings. We had large Slushies, flavored with what seemed to be natural flavoring. It was great!
