If your looking for italian ice, variety, friendly customer service, maybe a little bit of custard, & a good way to beat the unforgiving summer heat & humidity... then this particular Rita's location is the place to be!

I went to this Rita’s on Tilghman Street tonight. The parking lot is littered with empty cups and spoons and dropped ice cream cone and cups with uneaten ice and custard. The counters at each window were filthy. There was drips from products and dirt. The napkin holders were empty. It took a long time to get a cup of water and a small twist in a cup. The custard was good, creamy, but the chocolate didn’t have a great, rich chocolate flavor. I’d urge the manager to get the place cleaned up. If the outside is filthy, I would guess that the inside is too.

Good price for ice. Hanover is overcharging on everything. I like this place and there flavors

If paying with card beware worker charged tip without consent and giving no receipt or nothing. I had to go back to redeem my receipt from another worker. I was told there was no way to get nothing back. It was the fact that they have dishonest employees, nor No management.

Not many flavors are available, but it was a good custard ice cream sundae.

Young lady at the register wasn't friendly. One window open at 8:30 in the evening. Waited in line for 30 minutes to find out the flavor I wanted ran out. If you run out of a flavor, take it off the board... it's that simple. This location also never posts the flavors online like most Rita's do. Giving 2 stars because I did feel bad for the girl who seemed like she was stressed out. Do yourself a favor and go down the corner to the Udder Bar instead

Nice soft serve ice cream but its still very commercial.

Awesome. Ritas is always a great place to stop by. Family friendly.
