It was pretty busy when we arrived. We did not have a reservation, but staff was accommodating and found space for 3. I got a Greek salad and friend got an eggs Benedict. Food was really good! All staff were very helpful and friendly! I would suggest this place to a friend and plan on visiting again in the future!
The warm oita bread and garlic aioli was amazing. Best part of the experience. Food was alright. Chicken Franchise was bland and didn't taste like it had any white wine. but otherwise prepared properly. Risotto size was great, but the grilled asparagus was a bit charred tasting. Shoestring fries were a surprise based on the price point of the burger. But they had good flavor and were not greasy.
Came for brunch for a friends birthday. Has the BEST service ever. Friendly, inviting and attentive. Our server was Courtney. She was top tier. After our table was done, we visited Pat at the bar and he took good care of us as well. Would highly recommend! P.s Robert and Tiffany are great assets as well! Dave….ya did good!
We had excellent service but felt the food was subpar. We were not very impressed. Maybe we are biased from the start because there just seems to be something wrong with putting American cheese in risotto but we wanted to try it to change our minds. My egg was very over cooked. My cheeseburger risotto tasted like Italy and McDonald's clashed; perhaps perfect for a hangover. The fresh fruit didn't seem so fresh but perhaps cut down a few days ago. And not that I would tip any less but it was odd that they automatically add a 20% tip to your meal. I kind of found it convenient and wouldn't mind it being the norm though. My spouse said his food lacked flavor. We might venture back to try dinner but we will stick with our Nonna's risotto recipes for now on.
I agree with the previous review. First of all, my husband and I were expecting at least a few traditional risotto dishes, as implied by the name of the restaurant. And for reference my husband is from the north of Italy, Treviso. Second, the food that we ordered was terrible. But we ate it because we ran errands during the first half of the day and then more errands to run after lunch. 1. We were starving, 2. We didn’t want to risk the staff doing something to our food by sending it back/reordering . I ordered crab cakes, which was burned and dry. My husbands’ Florentine Eggs Benedict was not poached (more hard broiled) and the English muffin was hard as a rock. The bartenders/servers didn’t even bother to ask us what we thought of the food. And lastly, for mediocre service to have gratuity built into the total of the check is insulting. Especially when the word gratuity is defined as “something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service”. For context, I’m not leaving this disappointing review because I have nothing better to do. I’ve worked in 4 star restaurants in Manhattan before and Risotto restaurant doesn’t deserve a satisfactory review. McDonald’s or Dunkin’ Donuts would have been a much better choice.

Excellent food, friendly staff that enjoys interacting with customers who aren't jerks, bottomless mimosas on the weekends that are served in big wine glasses instead of tiny flutes (with ice, but it is an excellent option for the staff that wants to give you your drinks, but a lack of physical space for the amount of refrigeration they would need for the amount of orange juice and champagne they go through, excellent compromise) Highly recommend for a brunch experience you will want to repeat.
Great breakfast as always. Good drinks. Superb wait staff. Only 3 stars since it always smells musty to me, as if they have recurring slight flooding. Online reservation system is questionable. It only had a table available at 12:45 pm but we arrived at 11 am and were seated right away.
I tried Mantu for the first time and loved it. Seemed like an authentic Afghan dish. The lamb chops we ordered were soft and well marinated, and so was the beef kabob. The Afghan rice was delicious too. Would definitely visit again to try other stuff
