Pizza was decent. I had the Hawaiian pizza. My wife had the Gluten free crust. Employee cleaned the oven for Gluten Free crust. Very nice job!

We ate there early this (Sunday) afternoon. The service was super. The meatballs were very good. The pizza was good, much better than frozen but not amazing. They do make it to order so it was fresh and the toppings were also pretty good. The thin crust was very good, the best part. Again, the meatballs were great. They made a perfect appetizer while we awaited our pizza. Also, they were ready immediately, which was a nice surprise. We had a "supreme". The wait for the pizza was definitely longer that the 160 second advertised on the sign, I'd say around 10 mins but the friendly server brought it out piping hot. I don't like to qualify reviews, but for an outlet mall eatery, they do make a pretty solid effort. The helpful and friendly staff was the best part of the experience.

Rise Pies is a little pricey, but not if you compare it to everything else nowadays, Their one pie feeds two people. Worth the money. Pizza was good and you can design your own. I heard from a friend that the meatballs are good.

Amy and her team are amazing! Fast, courteous service. Their pizza is second to none. I usually order the delectable "rise roll ups". The dipping sauce is spot on! If you're looking for fantastic food served by a staff that knows how to deliver, look no further!

Not too bad on flavor or serving size though a bit on the pricey side for two small pizzas, a meat ball bowl (2 golf ball sized meatballs) and a Gatorade. I had the supreme, thin crust. I thought that it was tasty with enough toppings. My beautiful wife had the Big Ed, she enjoyed hers as well. The meatballs will be eaten later so I have no opinion on those yet. Truth be told, we could have spit a pizza and shared a “big salad” and had a cup of water, and the check would have came out to about 20 bucks. So just keep that in mind when you go. The place was very clean, the employees were very polite and professional, overall a pretty good experience. If you are in the area and willing to try or are looking for a new place you might give them a shot at your business.

The pizza is good...The salad is not worth the price, and don't really have items to go in it... The greens were wilted & brown... They were out of the sauce to go on the pizza from the pre-made pizza list... The problem was she never told me that when I ordered it... When I checked my food & said something, 1st she said it didn't come with it...I pointed it out on the menu that it said it did then she said they told her in the back they don't have a squirt bottle to put the sauce on it... The entire time the Caucasian man behind the counter cleaning & stocking mumbling with an attitude toward us, like it's the customer fault u out of something...Proceed to talk junk as we was leaving but I had my niece with me so I didn't respond..BUT they won't get my $$ again...The food is expensive but fresh always cost more...

First time here. Not bad at all. Very impressed. Store was overall clean. There were a few tables that needed to be cleaned but there was a long line. If there was move staff it wouldn’t had been an issue. The crew that was there were very friendly. We had a good laugh when we realized it was all personal pizzas. We ordered off the menu on the wall to make life easy. But it’s like subway and you can create your own. That is awesome. I feel that can make the line move slower during peak times of the day but being able to create the pizza with all the options is neat. All made to order so nothing is sitting under a heat lamp. The pizza was some good pizza. The kids loved it. The soda machine is a pepsi machine that has all the different favors that you can add to the main Pepsi drinks. That was also neat because we are used to seeing coke machines. If we are in the area we will be back.

A better name for this chain than "Rise" would be "Sink," but if they named it that, they'd have to deal with people writing a "t" on their sign. I should have known by the place being empty we should eat elsewhere. I've eaten cardboard with more flavor. The taste of pizza starts with the sauce, which in this case had no seasoning whatsoever. It's an Italian dish, for goodness' sake - put some onion, garlic, basil and oregano in the sauce! And/or try sauteeing the veggies in some olive oil before adding blandness to badness by putting them on raw. Seriously, even cheap frozen pizza has more flavor. And thirteen bucks for a salad which had 3 bucks worth of greens, cucumber and tomato? All I can say is, good luck - you're gonna need it.

My favorite place to run, especially not long before sun down. The track is easy but still long enough to still feel like a workout. The trees and lanterns are charming. Not often many people around.
