I love living at The Rise Koreatown I've been here a month and enjoy the amenities including the club lounge, the saunas, food truck Wednesday and my dog loves the dog run. Staff Are friendly and knew by name first day. All are so helpful.. shout out to Steven who went above and beyond to help on move in day. Jeff, Angela and Stacy are also great!

But the real star is the leasing & community team. They're approachable, personable, and all about building a sense of community that's real. You'll feel genuinely welcomed. Great facilities and amenities. The only place with such a great cozy work area and gym facilities. I booked a showing with Jeff who was super approachable, warm, and genuine. I could tell he was more interested in making sure my interests and preferences were taken care of. This sort of customer service is what makes him a great asset to the company - I also had to rebook my showing and he was able to accommodate well. Look forward to coming back and checking out more apartments that he recommended tailored for me - give that guy a promotion!

I got to tour The Rise with Angela Choi and she was super sweet and organized. I had a great experience looking at the building’s variety of floor plans as well as its amenities. The rooms and facilities are clean and spacious. She was very knowledgable and considerate of my preferences, and I really enjoyed the tour. I look forward to this place!
