Everyone is so friendly, started off going with a friend and now love going by myself too! The whole facility is very nice and clean including the cycle bikes! All the teachers are great and will help you set up your bike or help demonstrate if you are taking a floor class. Overall LOVE this place, i can’t rave enough.

Rise is the whole package! It’s a great studio space with fantastic instructors who challenge you. I love that during a strength workout the instructor knows my name and will challenge me to take a heavier weight versus just being a face in the crowd. They have a great sense of community among those who attend and the town as a whole. They find ways to give back and even know how to make a whole social event around a workout. As a working mom of three, who is newer to the area, I’m so grateful for this space!

RISE is the best of the best! Try them once and you’ll understand the hype. The instructors are knowledgeable and do an amazing job making classes fun and challenging (while providing modifications if need be). I quickly leaned to love spin and look forward to the 30-40 min of me time. Where I can zone out work and other responsibilities and focus on moving my body to great tunes. The owner is beyond generous and puts her heart into her business, and it shows! Rise truly is a community filled with positive and supportive people. I’ve tried plenty of gyms in the past but as I just had my 900th class- I can confidently say I found a place I love.

I absolutely love this studio and look forward to every class I attend!! Not only has my health and fitness improved, but I have met so many wonderful people. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable and motivating. The community atmosphere is welcoming and having the opportunity to give back through events sponsored by Rise is simply amazing. It has had such a positive impact on my and life and feel so lucky to be a part of it!

Going to Rise is one of the best parts of my day!! All of the instructors are fantastic! They are so encouraging and push me to do more than I think I can do. I always feel stronger, energized, and more accomplished after my workouts. And the atmosphere is completely non-judgmental. I feel like a part of a family here!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a spin class with Kristina, that left me feeling energized and motivated. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a fantastic workout. The seamless playlist, featuring various genres, kept me engaged and pumped up throughout the entire session. One thing that stood out to me was the heavy bass in the music. It added an extra level of intensity to the workout, making me feel like I was pushing myself to the limit. The combination of the powerful beats and the choreography made the class feel like a dance party on a bike. If you haven’t been to Rise yet, what are you waiting for?! What truly made this spin class exceptional was the genuine feedback from Kristina. She provided constant encouragement and motivation, pushing us to give our all. Her positivity was infectious, creating a supportive and uplifting atmosphere. It felt like we were all in it together, working towards our fitness goals. I love how personal this fitness community is at Rise!!

Every instructor here brings something unique to every class that makes them so special. The owner Ren brings it all together and makes it your home away from home. Getting to a gym or to exercise at all used to be hard for me. At Rise, the hardest part is taking a rest day. I have taken every class here and can honestly say I enjoy every single one of them. Rise has truly become my happy place.

About two years ago, I joined Rise Fitness after moving to the Southtowns. I was looking for a studio that offered spin, pilates and weight training classes. In addition to providing a variety of exercise classes at convenient after-work and weekend times, Rise has become my second home. Every single trainer takes the time to learn your name, gets to know you and encourages you to do your best. It's a great place to work out whether you've been taking group fitness classes for years or have never set foot in a gym before. I love being a part of this community.
