Absolutely terrible, There's no sheets towels are wash cloths, the Indian at the front desk said you can only have 2 people per room, mind you that a group of thots walked into one room smelling like weed, fish and body odor, and didint say a single thing yet yelled at my family because my family was there just to spend some time, the place has bugs, the location is right by a trailer park, a bridge and a 7-11, very sketchy there was people outside making a lot of noise, the front desk man is always watching you. I would not recommend this place it's horrible stinks and sucks!

This place is infested with roaches and bedbugs. It's seated right next to literally the worst apartment complex in Northern Virginia and across the street from one of the worst trailer parks in Northern Virginia. They are not part of any hotel group because quite honestly they would not qualify. Not surprised about the junkies the same owner basically used his Gardener as a human shield when someone took umbrage with his nefarious loan sharking activities. Several of his properties have also played host to massage parlors.

Staff were cool. Price worked for being in a pinch. Decent enough for budget in the area. Definitely need own towels and toiletries. They do not service rm till u leave. Neighbors may be sketch as you can stay by week. Comes with the territory.

Very dirty. Mattresses were disgusting. Blood on every single sheet, including topper. Blood on walls and door. No peep hole. Right in the center of crime map for the area. Not a place to go to relax, I would not bring your kids here. To be fair, if you know the area and book a hotel here, this is what you’d expect. However, the price does not match what you get. Days inn by Wyndham Manassas is a mile away, clean and much more safe, for the same price, or less. They only had a two room Queen available apparently, and charged around 85$, also really emphasized no one else is allowed in the room. We were desperate to find a place and left as soon as we could. Saw two separate assaults outside of the hotel, was an experience to say the least… They do make extending your stay pretty easy though, and are lenient on that, accepts Apple Pay.

This hotel is not in a busy area, sort of out of the way. Pretty good price for a king bed. Bed was very basic - I would bring your own pillow. Bathroom basic with packets of shampoo and very small soaps. No washcloths and the towels are small. It did have a refrigerator. Needed painting and smelled like smoke although it was very clear it was non smoking. We slept fine and out of there quickly! No breakfast but it does have an ice machine and 7-11 across the street.

Place sucks ass. It’s dirty. There’s roaches. They condone women getting sexual assaulted, and blame the woman who was victimized. The mattress are filthy. Don’t waste your money. Days inn, super 8, and quality inn are about the same price and MUCH BETTER. there’s always police. They bring dogs and smell room to room harassing people. Just don’t go. Go somewhere else. No peepholes in the doors either

So let’s start off with the dude at the front desk he was repressing his self over and over again and accused us of lying of how many people we were going to have in a room , “we miss counted 1 person “ when we came up to the room we had no wash cloths the phone doesn’t even have a place to plug it 🔌 in . There was no sheet on the pull out coach, mind u We got a suite. Both TVs didn’t work . There was stains on the covers , there was holes in the cover where cigarettes were dropped and they burned through . He said we had no. Choice to get a suite usually u would think a suite would have a jucuzzi and a pool , there was nothing and he said we had to be quiet and there was a party going on down stairs , the other room we got smelled horrible the sheets were horrible and it smelled like weed and it said no smoking on the perimeces and when we were checking in this guy was smoking in the lobby . So we go on the website and they said that it was a complementary snack bar / breakfast when we went down there we were looking around and there was nothing but sugar packets and ice , then the dude asked us are we looking for something and we told him what we were looking for and he said this is all we have . They are constantly watching your ever move , it was horrible I would strongly suggest that u guys don’t come here . They have a lot of bad things and this is not a place to keep your kids unless u want to be on pins and needles all night.

Just opened and offering lowest prices in area and only about $42.00 per night on week stay.||Large lobby, business area, kitchen area with morning snacks. Rooms are large with choice of beds such as double, or two double or king with mini refrig. and microwave available. 3 Story with elevator 40 rooms. Located on historical Bull Run stream along the Prince William/Fairfax County border and just about 15 miles from Dulles Airport, about 25 miles to Washington National Airport and Downtown Washington. D. C. Walk alone stream or over to 7-11, small strip center one block and Absolute BBQ across street. LOWEST PRICE MOTEL in the entire area and one of the quietest too. A nice place to stay and visit Washington National Capital.
