Cabin for the win! We spent 3days tucked away in this gorgeous place. The views were incredible. Very close to Capitol reef. The cabin it self was so cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. They supply everything we needed. Our first night we went to the patio for pizza and beers. We were not disappointed. The second night we stayed. We had friends meet us at the main restaurant and had a fabulous dinner. We will be back. Awesome location!
This was the BEST small town hotel find that I have stayed in!!! It was so cute, WELL kept, CLEAN, everyone was so inviting, has views for days, and the best part is the super comfy bed. Also there are 2 AMAZING restaurants right there on site to pick from!!! I loved it and wished I could stay longer. I stopped by during a move but recommend it to vacationers because it is more than a place to rest. If you're using it as a layover then it will be the best one and you won't want to leave.
Rustic no nonsense room. Had good comfort items. Very dark night sky. Restaurant closes early. Wifi comes from the restaurant so can be a little weak in rooms. Dusty are in general. A few things around to see and fuel and food options
The hotel is away from the main street of Torrey and the rooms open off a long wooden veranda and have a great view of red rocks. The rooms are fine, a bit rustic, but the bed's comfortable and the friendly receptionist was very helpful with my hire car problem. There is an excellent restaurant attached, which is also worth a detour.
Everything was adequate for our needs for the trip as it was close to the National Park and there were a number of other small towns nearby. We visited the park several times from the location and the room was okay. The water pressure was very strong and had places to eat very close. The continental breakfast was very minimal but something good for the road. Would go back again.
Whover designed the Rim Rock's new cabins should get some kind of award. The cabins are pretty much perfect on the inside, good beds, plenty of room, nice bathroom, great little kitchenette with all the stuff. Adequate well-placed outlets, excellent wifi. But the real genius is on the OUTSIDE. The cabins are placed away from the main inn buildings, on the edge of a bluff looking out over an immense vista of Capitol Reef NP. Instead of being lined up in a row the cabins are staggered so that sitting on the porch feels private and peaceful. I sat there for hours watching the light change on the mesas and pinnacles. A raven flew by. A mule deer clattered up the wash. Little birds sang in the junipers. It was wonderful.
Loved the room with a real old fashioned key and push button phone. Room was comfortable and had enough amenities. Especially liked the decor, perfect for the area.
You cant get a room much closer to Capitol Reef than here. I was here in the middle of the week end of Aug and I had no nearby neighbors so it was rather peaceful. This is a small hotel/inn. The room was clean and cools off fast but was in need of an air freshner. The shower was square and probably had the highest water pressure that i have ever experienced. A strange thing to say but its true. Yes there was signs of prior water damage as other reviews mentioned, but the place was spick and span clean. Wifi, small roku tv, desk, two drawers and a chair. The bed had a spring mattress which means i dont sleep much. No coffee maker but hot water is in the lobby when they open. They also had danish and granola bars for breakfast on the run. Restaurant at the back of the Inn is nicly reviewed on google but i did not attend. Pizza is a very short walk as well.
This place was absolutely perfect for me. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I thought the curtains to close off bathroom area is a classy touch. The hot tub was fabulous, the gym looked nice although I didnât find time to use it. The ONLY is
Several friends and I stayed at this hotel with a yoga group last weekend and can't say enough good things about our stay. The staff were amazing (especially Dakota). The hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable and
We stayed here during the off season to visit the park. This was an easy place to drive back and forth from. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was not a lot for food options being off-season but we had a microwave and refrigerator in
This hidden gem is remarkable! It has beautiful landscapes and the views from the ranch were incredible. We had a bungalow for the weekend that came with all the amenities. Pool area, sauna, hot tubs, and gym are included as well as outdoor firepits
OMG DISSAPOINTED!!!!! Disappointed that It took me this long to try their food. It's incredibly delicious. THE BEST Mexican food I've ever tasted so far. If you are in the Capitol Reef area, you have got to come to this place. Great food, their dri
Very cool schoolhouse. Outside of the park. We listened to a recording at the blacksmith shop who talked about the Fruita children attending a one room school house. When we left the park we drove back to the school house assume listened to its recor
The pizza was very good! Sloppy Joe was not anything ordinary. We would skip it if you're thinking about getting it. The meat ball sub was very good! There is seats inside or outside. Beers are available and music. It is family friendly.
The hospitality was amazing. We got in the doors thirty minutes before closing and they welcomed us in happily. We were traveling a long time and were starving and were happy to get a warm meal. The server was super friendly. The food options were ta
