Rigsby's Smoked Burgers, Wings & Grill at Thornblade - Grill in Greer - 441 The Parkway, USA

I was on my way to get sushi and saw this place. Wasn't here last time I was in this area. Figured I'd give it try. Good beer options, full bar. As far as food quality and service, I'm gonna come back and check this place out another time. I see lots of potential. Today was just off I'm sure. The flavor of the food was great, quality of the meat was lacking, wings might have been frozen too long and the pork I think after talking with the manager may have just been over cooked, it was really dry. Fries were a little undercooked. I don't think they were short staffed based on the amount of people eating but, felt short staffed overall. Like, how long it took to get a drink and how long I waited for the food was more than I would have liked. Still, I think when this place is operating at 100% it's probably a very good place to eat. It just wasn't my experience the first time there. That being said, I definitely want to try it again, because I want to like this place.

Lonnie the bartender was very nice. The wine was good. The establishment was clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. The cooks were having an off day. It wasn't crowded, maybe that's why.

Came in with a large group that arrived over 30 minutes. The server was very attentive as the group arrived getting everyone a drink order almost as soon as they sat down. The nacho appetizer was very good and large enough for everyone in our group of 10 to have some. The burgers are really good. The fries that came out were not fresh but the sever brought us a new portion without any issue. The tater tots are unusual (and big, a portion is only 6 tots) and I’m on the fence if I would order them again.

Great food! Great service! The wings were so moist and tender but still had the crunchy outside. Fell right off the bone and had plenty of sauce. Fried pickles were some of the BEST I've ever had. And oh my God, those handcut fries 😍 amazing. My husband said the burger was awesome too! Our waiter was new but he was super sweet and funny. Great personality. 10/10 will be back!

The pork belly Burger was really good. Fries taste like homemade fries. And really didn't like the macaroni and cheese. But everything else was great.

My husband brought home food from here once so I decided I would visit one night I had to wait for my kid at tutoring. I had 30 minutes so I ordered a beer and wings from who I later found isn’t the bartender and is the manager. He never returned to take my beer order or my food order. The manager gave me both menus and I did express intent to order my families dinner to go and eat some wings/drink beer there. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Experience from the manager is lacking. Here is why I feel this way. They didn’t give me the dinner I ordered so I drove home 20 minutes thinking I had everything. When I called the manager blamed inexperienced new people and said that usually doesn’t happen. He did not accept responsibility for it and offered nothing for my trouble even though tipped $15 on a $90 in house/togo order. The only thing he offered is to recook my food. I feel like I just ordered food from Waffle House. I am very saddened by my experience here. Even though the environment was hopping and food was good, the service and manager honestly ruined my first experience in this restaurant and unless a gesture to apologize is made I will not be returning and I will be sharing my experience with others about this place. I’m wildly disappointed that I now lost an additional 40 minutes with my family on a work night because the manager says “you didn’t order your meal together.” I ordered my appetizer first and then he walked off never to be seen again. I’ll update this review if he recognizes his wrongs and makes it right. YES, I do expect a free meal for this poor experience.

Really enjoyed this place! Loved the atmosphere it was very laid back and the resturant was super clean. The waitstaff was very friendly and the food was really good. Nice selection of unique burgers, or you can build your own (they have lots of other stuff too!). My husband said the milkshake he got here was one of the best he's ever had. Will definitely be back to try more food!

Food was great. Could not ask for better service. But for some reason the Manager fired my waitress over a order she place for a customer. The sad part is he did it mid shift and in front of all his customers. Poor Management. I go there at least once a week and always wondered why they had so much turn over with help. But I know now. I will not be returning.
