Technical support non existing. Waited 45 minutes on phone (no direct help, gas to go through sales) to be told cannot help you, even though i had a valid email from them. Still unable to access quickbooks. Chat line unavailable as well. No support at all

Beware their shifty hiring practices. People are being laid off before their first paycheck. Make sure you don't live in an at-will employment state if you put in your resume.

Right Networks remains a mystery to me. How is it that I receive a super-hero-level of service every time I reach out for support? I truly appreciate your patience and tolerance of my less-than-sophisticated understanding of your platform. Also, when you have a minute, please publish your secret recipe and help us achieve similar greatness with in our organizations.

Right Networks worked well for my needs to access Quickbooks Desktop remotely. Easy to setup. I am switching and no longer need the service. I had to call to cancel, which is annoying. They did answer right away. However, I had to practically give them my blood type to complete the process. It was things last four of your cc#; associated phone number; last amount on your invoice; etc. When I said I had no idea about the last amount on an invoice, she sent it to me. That just makes no sense. Customer service was very friendly though and she connected me with Intuit to cancel that part of my service. So that was great.

Worked with Right Networks for several years, they were Awesome. Best support you can imagine, everyone always super friendly and super nice. ONLY left them because I am a franchise and our franchisore required I go to QB Online. Absolutely hating QB Online but didn't have a choice. A desktop version with Right Networks was so much better. It allowed me to keep the Desktop version of QB - far more robust and easier to work with. But still retain the mobile element that is the ONLY thing QB Online has going for it. With Right Networks I had the absolute best of both worlds. I will miss it dearly......

Had a very bad experience with my account being shut down in the middle of a meeting with my accountant with the taxes deadline. It happen to be my account was paid in full and they shut down my account because of my cc expired, although they can still get there money and my invoice was paid, the account was shut down anyway. They said they sent an email , but never stated my account would be shut down, and not even a phone call. Im taking all my accounts out this is not the service I deserve.

We've been a customer for at lest 6 years and will continue to use their service. According to our experiences with their host client solution for Quickbooks desktop, they offer excellent system security and daily backed up that is a reliable service. We don't need to worry in backing up data because is all protected. It's a great service when accessing from different locations and working with others colleagues remotely. We have never had bad experience. When we had to contact support team a year ago, their support service was efficient.

Excellent, mostly reliable service. Support staff has been helpful and friendly. Performance could be a bit better but no company is perfect. Overall Right Networks is one of the best QuickBooks hosting providers and I would definitely recommend them.
