Ok for out of towers and those who do not pay attention to their surroundings (and made it this far in life already) the neighborhood is very rough. Super fast paced traffic that could care less about you. Also, parking outside on the street is a throw of the dice. I showered here about 3 weeks ago after visiting pick your part wrecking yard and didn't want to drive home all greasy and paid $10 to shower in a decent in the hallway common shower. Hot water and locking door made it OK but as I was walking away from my truck a couple thugs from the neighborhood didn't realize I have eyes in the back of my head and saw them waiting for me to leave my truck! I stopped and stood there looking at them letting them know "I'm aware of what you are planning" they left after a couple minutes. Besides that if your on a tight budget this is a cheap place to clean up or spend the night. Might not have a TV in each room......
All consindered this is a decent place to stay. The staff is nice and they're very kid friendly. The price is more than resin able for what you get. There are community kitchens, bathrooms and showers for all to share. They keep it as clean as possible (it's up to to the residents to pickup after themselves after all, right?) Anyway, I would recommend it for a place to stay for a night or even longer if needed.
This place had a change in management and their rooms are now new. This hotel is very quiet and reasonably priced. For safety there is security coming multiple time throughout the night just to make sure everything is good. Front door will remained locked at night, but tenants are welcome to ring the bell and they will be buzzed in. I highly recommend spending a few nights at this place, you will not be disappointed.
This place is newly remodeled and it is quiet and clean. The managers are nice and polite. There are no problems in this hotel. The rates are cheap and reasonable. I recommend this place. I recommend staying here rather than any other hotel
I called to inquire and explain my about my vouchers, but the proprietor very rudely and aggressively over spoke me not allowing me to speak. He continued to either loudly overtalk me or angrily interrupt me as I calmly tried to ask of any vacancy until he hung up on me. I tried to call back the following days, but recognizing my distinctive voice he would hang up. I've never been treated so disrespectfully and degraded in my life. Do not go there
This place is the last possible choice for you to stay at. If you need to sleep and don't mind the drug dealers, prostitutes, gang infestation, the buses that never come, being far from everything, anything and don't mind being robbed this is the place for you. They prey on you at this motel / dump so don't have money on you and if you decide to have company that will be $10.00 great place if your a hooker the Manager takes payments via sexual favors male or female. Everything goes down here
Truly a five-star Motel the housekeeping staff is beyond excellent the rooms are the cleanest I have ever seen better than the Hilton so friendly they make you feel right at home best continental breakfast I have ever had sore right to your room I would highly recommend this Motel to anyone looking for a five-star night
Been here for a year and they just finish remodeling all rooms its very clean and safe security cheking all night for our safe the manager name is Jay and offer the best service i would give it a try for one night trust me you wont want to leave the place

There is this amazing worker here. Vanessa is her name. She is beyond amazing. She has helped myself and my children many times. My little ones played there making slime to events in their gym. Always a great welcoming crew.
Tend to go early mornings, my daughter enjoys the newly built playground, she to play around with out a worry also my dog is able to run freely with out people being around. (I got a rottweiler)
