Beautiful even in the winter! Fast friendly service and food is always excellent. We can often find a quiet table in this restaurant and continue to return for these reasons.

I must express my disappointment with the service we encountered during our recent visit to Ridgway. Our party of four, despite having a lunch reservation, experienced a series of lapses in service that significantly impacted our overall dining experience. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated on the front deck, being the first guests to be seated on the deck. We ordered of a bottle of wine, which was delivered in a timely manner. However, our initial satisfaction waned when our waiter became noticeably absent for a prolonged period of 15 minutes, during which many other tables were seated around us. After flagging down our waiter, we placed our lunch order and requested a refill of our water glasses. Despite the passage of 45 minutes, the deck was now filled with guests, many of whom had already received their meals. Frustratingly, one member of our party took it upon herself to retrieve a pitcher of water and refill our glasses independently. Seeking clarity on the status of our meal and expressing our dissatisfaction with the lack of service, I approached a manager. Though she appeared shocked by our concerns, she assured me that she would address the issue. Unfortunately, no further communication or apology was extended to our table. When our food eventually arrived, it was accompanied by several errors. Regrettably, our waiter did not check on us to rectify these issues or inquire about our satisfaction. After nearly two hours, we paid our bill and left, feeling frustrated by the overall experience. In conclusion, our visit to Ridgway fell short of our expectations, primarily due to the prolonged wait times, lapses in service, and errors in our orders. As patrons who value a seamless dining experience, we hope that this feedback contributes to an improvement in service standards at Ridgway.

Needs a major management overhaul. We were seated and 45 minutes later we got our drinks….. not appetizers… not dinner. The staff doesn’t help one another and some have huge tables and others do not. The cuisine was average at best - the Parker house rolls you pay extra for were microwaved. Too many great restaurants in Naples to deal with this type of experience.

Beautiful place to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. Service was great… wry professional and prompt. We didn’t have food, only drinks and they were very nice. Others around us had food that had great presentation and looked tasty.

Excellent seafood and gluten free friendly. Also, by request can accommodate a dairy allergy. Our server Petar R was attentive and a very hard worker. The drinks were fresh. Patio is inviting! Will eat here again.

I tried the clam chowder, Traditional eggs Benedict, and carrot cake. All of them literally BLEW ME AWAY. They were so full of flavor, perfectly cooked and presented. It was literally an adventure eatting such rich, decadent food. The service was phenomenal, our server paid attention to detail and was very hospitable. I recommended giving this place a shot. It will be a memorable meal.

There's a reason why Tony Ridgeway is known as "The Godfather of Gourmet" here in Naples. As a resident of the last 47 years here in town I've always been able to count on Tony's amazing culinary skills to produce some of the best food available here in town. Truffles Bistro was an awesome experience years ago just above the current restaurant with it's spectacular desert cases and rustic selections & Chefs Garden was "The Place!" for major celebrations from birthday's to dinner's before Prom & Graduation. The current Tony's on Third restaurant is a beautiful place for lunch,brunch or dinner with friends or family and their patio is still one of the best spots to enjoy a meal or cocktail in all of Naples. Congratulations to Tony & his partner Suki, and all the staff for a great experience from the moment you step through the doors.

My husband and I went here for lunch, we were the very first guests for the day it seemed. We were seated right away by the host but took a little over 10 minutes to see our server. We ordered Appetizers and drinks and they came out relatively quickly. The Appetizers were delicious until I ran into a strand of long blond hair in my food. Clearly not mines as my hair is brown and curly and this one was friend into my food. I informed the server and he apologized but did not even offer to replace the food until I asked. We didn't even get an apology from the manager. Nonetheless we get our food and it was okay. I wasn't impressed. I've had better tasting crab cakes in other places. My husbands burger was pretty good and fresh.
