Normally I’d give it less than two because people are rude nowadays but it gets a two because we didn’t sit there waiting forever like always. I ended up at the ER because my child has been sick for weeks with no signs of improvement. Checked in and got her vitals checked rather quickly. After that everything went downhill. I asked for a blanket because she was feeling cold. No one had a blanket. It’s fine. Now I know what to carry in my vehicle for “just in case”. While waiting, there was a lady screaming down the hallway so loud that my daughter had to cover her ears. Security did nothing but tell her to calm down and to leave..only to have her return a few moments later to yell some more. When we were finally taken to be seen by the doc, things got worse. The doc herself was rude to the point where my kid even noticed and mentioned something when we left. If a child is sick and has a hard time speaking because her throat hurts don’t ask her to speak louder or say I can’t hear you. How about try asking the mom who is sitting right next to her and I’ll gladly make sure you hear me. She was also supposed to put in a request for a shot to help with body aches but she never put the request in, therefore my child received no shot and went home in almost debilitating pain. The note to excuse her from work was only for one day when we both felt like it should have been more. The doc never asked us how many days we would have liked the note to be for which in my opinion should have been asked. Like I’ve said about this hospital, everything feels rushed and no one has compassion anymore for people. It’s only about let’s see how fast we can get you out of here. I would rather spend 6 hours in the ER and know that she, or anyone, is being taken care of the right way than spend two hours and get diddly squat done.
Overall my experience was positive. It took 1.5 hours to be seen, considering the full house and limited services in town, I didn’t think that was bad. The medical staff were friendly and explained everything, ensuring I understood. They gave us multiple opportunities to ask questions and answered them fully. Unfortunately, the young lady at the check-in desk took her time to acknowledge I was standing there.
I went to the ER. It was a Thursday around 6pm. There wasn't anybody in the lobby except for one person. They got me in fairly quickly and I was out of there within the first couple hours which is a lot better than waiting. 4 hours to get in and then sitting another 4 hours. Waiting for someone to see you. The only problem was that at 7:00 they were doing shift change so they checked on me like three times after the doctor already saw me. So I was just waiting for my release papers for probably 30 minutes.
Terrible the doctors don’t care. Asked for a blanket as I am trembling freezing cold just to be ignored the entire time. Diaphoretic clammy extremely pale (shock) fainted 2 times while waiting 5 hours to be seen. Told them I was going to wait outside in 90 degrees weather because it was too cold they then “lost” me after I told them where I was. I was still there by the entrance. Honestly lucky I’m not dead I think the hospital rather that then to treat a patient. Mind you there was only 3 people waiting to be seen one had a head injury and left after waiting for 6 hours never even checked on her. The other had a broken arm never even gave him a sling at the least.
I got lucky and it wasn't very busy. I had to go to the ER because I was in the most pain I'd ever been in. (Tooth infection) every single staff member was compassionate and so kind. I was seen very quickly.
The staff that took care of me were all great including the Doctor. Genuine, Jacqueline, Estefany thank you for the care you gave me & for being so pleasant.
I also have to thank the fire dept & the EMT that came to get me.
Went here for the first time recently. There were only 2-3 people in front of me. I ended up being there for 5 hours. The employees were really nice, but it took so long. Hardly anybody works here. I wish there were more people. It seemed as if there was only 1 nurse and 1 doctor.
It was yet again another terrible experience. Nurses on staff were to concerned about gossiping about there personal life and others. I shared a room with two elderly men that got ignored till I stood up to inform them that they have to pee and need something to pee in. The nurse forgot to put medication orders in due to talking about Las Vegas trip and one of the nurses can’t go… way to much personal life and not the professionalism to ensure patients are taken care of in there medical situation. As well I Was left hooked up to an empty iv bag for a hour as well.

Interesting rotating tap selection, and good location. The indoor area is pretty nice, they have various board games. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. Currently they have seating indoors and outdoors, during the summer the outdoor seating is best i
This place is truly enchanted! We were able to make our daughter's birthday very special. Marcela's High Tea was beautifully presented, and delicious. The teas were exquisite, and everything was perfect. My new favorite place!
I am French and I approve this restaurant ð.
The chicken was very well cooked, the sauce was really good too. The vegetable gratin and the gratin dauphinois was perfectly cooked.
We try also the profiteroles and that was spectacular.
