I have lived here for 6 months now and have had nothing but positive experiences!!! Cortni, Ken, and the entire staff are amazing! The maintenance team is always ready to help and quick to fix issues reported. Parking is hardly ever a problem! I LOVE this place and highly recommend living here to anyone!

I’ve only been here a couple of weeks and I absolutely love it!! The staff is phenomenal— office staff (Kelly and Ken) have been super helpful from the move-in process to help with the business center, Hunter with maintenance has been so quick and polite with the minor issues I needed addressed, even the designated ATT rep, Ion, has provided me with the most personalized service possible! The apartment is perfect, the property is extremely well-maintained, the neighborhood is quiet and neighbors friendly. In 30 yrs of renting in multiple cities, this is by far my best experience thus far!!

Kelly is AWESOME!!! She literally helped me soooooo much. I had a big last minute move and was struggling a lot but she made the process so easy. She worked with me and kept me updated every step of the way. She’s very personable and has very strong communication skills. She made me feel like a friend rather than just a potential buyer. I really appreciate her help and she’s been the best out of all apartment complexes I’ve dealt with! Shout out to her!

I've had a good experience with the leasing department and the overall moving process! The staff at Perry Bend is attentive and friendly. Moving in was seamless and not overwhelming, which I appreciated greatly. Ken, in the leasing office, is wonderful and you can tell he cares about his tenants.

Kelly and Ken were so friendly. The property was immaculately kept. The pool and resident chill area is awesome.

They actually have a pet waste policy in place. Rare and appreciated. Wish I rented here.

This is my first apartment ever, and it’s always scary when you first move out on your own. But moving to the ridge at perry bend made things easy for me! The areas are kept clean, and maintenance is always punctual. The staff & neighbors are also very friendly & welcoming. I couldn’t of asked for a better first experience moving out on my own.
