Place was reopened, however, the room rates per week were changed constantly during my stay there. Can't really say anything bad about the place as it was quiet and peaceful. It is not a normal hotel as you would expect which is good. Appointments are needed and the best way to find the phone number is via Craigslist. The gentleman running the place was cordial and friendly. My stay was around Thanksgiving to the second week of January. That's 2023 to 2024. If you get paid biweekly the best way to pay is to set aside the next week's rent as he is firm on the pay date.

I don't want to leave any stars at all. So I use to stay there a couple years ago and Najee was racist then and he still is today. So my son just spoke with him about a room and as soon as he found out he was my son then all of a sudden the motel became a 55+ motel. I have all the text messages between him and my son with Najee letting my son know just how much he has to pay and what he has to show to move in, all of a sudden he couldn't rent to him because he isn't 55 years old or older. SINCE WHEN IS A MOTEL A 55+

Called earlier this week to ensure rooms were available and to confirm price. Person that answered assured that there is plenty of rooms available between three different prices. I show up today and there are two "sorry were closed" signs in the window. I decide to wait because I desperately need a place to live. Fast forward a few hours and the signs are still up. I decide to talk to a resident and was told all staff were fired, management is closing down and everyone has to leave. First off, how unprofessional to not notify me the days before of this so I could look elsewhere. Second off, how are you gonna look out the window of the office you're hiding in and ignore me and the few others trying to talk to you?

My girlfriend and I were waiting on our town house to be available to move into so we needed to find a safe clean place to stay in the mean time. Thank God we found this place the managers were very nice and accommodating. We ended up having to stay 3 weeks and in that time there were no issues it's been very quiet the rooms were clean and we are very satisfied with the time we spent here. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to.

The stay was quiet, secure, and great rates for weekly stays. The management secures the area and is nice and on top everything in a timely manner. Rooms are clean. The house cleaner does great job as well. I enjoyed my stay. I would defiantly stay with them again.

The owners were so kind and forthright. The room was absolutely clean, affordable, and spacious with a mini fridge and microwave. There was hot water, cable, and WiFi access. I felt safe and my stay was a quiet one. I will definitely recommend Riders on the Storm Inn to my family and friends who visit sunny Florida. Minutes from downtown Melbourne and beaches! Can't beat the location nor price! Thank you for having me Riders on the Storm! 😊

Full of roaches, they told me after I paid (no refunds) that the people before me lived there a year and we’re “nasty” then told me I was “high maintenance” and asked me to leave because all of the appliances went out within 2 day. To top in off I was laying in bed with my daughter and the owner walks (with his key) right in the door without notice. The neighbor chain smokes outside the door making my room stink and the bathrooms were moldy, I bleached them myself every day before showering and it was still black when I left. If you like cheap and don’t mind cohabitation with roaches, this is your place. Also the owner is creepy as hell and will tell you he’s watching your every move, which he does cause he has nothing better to do seeing as they’re not fixing anything.

I didn’t stay here, but I called to find out about staying here for a few weeks with my man while he is here for work. The guy told me I sounded to young and he said he doesn’t rent out to people under 50 normally, and was implying drugs and alcohol- which is crazy. I said their customer service wasn’t to great and he hung up on me. I’d rather spend thousands of dollars else where than get a good deal and have to be around people like that.
