A quick visit though loved the live jazz. Rick is a great entertainer. Bartender super nice. Love the ambiance.
The Sea Bass was delicious, light and extremely filling. On a bed of rice with zucchinis. The drink prices were amazingly low for Louisville. The drinks were really good also. My date had the Bouncing Back Burger medium well. It was cooked to order, tasty and smelled heavenly.
This evening was our first visit. The evening was highly enjoyable. My husband's uncle taught Ricky B. Piano and has talked highly of his piano playing and talent. He recommended this establishment to us. As a treat we decided to dine and be entertained. We were greeted by Rick, who was so personable and friendly. As the evening went on I noticed he welcomed all of the guest as they entered. Our server was Kimberly who was outstanding. The food was delicious and the drinks we outstanding. I highly recommend the fried ravioli and the Alfredo with the chicken. Ended the meal with the molten chocolate lava cake with ice cream. Relaxing atmosphere could have listened all night to Rick. Definitely plan to return. Please support our local establishments. You would be surprised what Louisville has to offer.
This was a fun place to go and listen to some good music and eat some good food. I had a blast there. You can even do a little dancing. Ricky makes a point to check in on every person that comes in.I had a wonderful time I would go there again.
Ricky B’s is a jewel. You open the door to love even though you have not been there before and you return again and again because you are part of a special family that loves music, dancing and people. You open the door and are welcomed by Ricky B. His smile and big personality makes you feel like you belong. A warm place in this world. So, have a drink and something from the fun menu and have one of the best evenings you will remember forever.
Had a wonderful evening at Ricky B's. Loved Rick's singing and piano playing. Really liked the jazz music. The food was excellent. Definitely will be back.
I only request Katie. Definitely one of the best bartenders in the city! She is funny, passionate and has a heart of gold. She knows some pretty amazing cocktail recipes. Sometimes she has my drink already ready on the bar when she is not busy with the rest of the regulars. She stays busy and she helps the rest of the staff too. You don't see many bartenders do that these days. The owners are blessed to have her.
Ricky B's, a gem location of/for Jazz (LIVE MUSIC). Mr. Bartlett (Ricky B) the best host ever. As a musician and vocalist= talented beyond words. The atmosphere is beautiful & comfortable with a great dance floor. Thank You Ricky.
