Breakfast is awesome here. The menu was filled with so many choices, it was difficult to decide. My guests ordered omelettes, skillets, and pancakes. The breakfast items were fantastic. The blueberry pancakes were the fluffiest pancakes I had ever seen. It was a large stack of three pancakes with a side of blueberry sauce. The omelettes and skillets are awesome. The side of bacon came with four slices of bacon but the taste was a little flat. I ordered the "philly steak" with french fries and salad. Unfortunately, their version of the philly cheesesteak probably needs some help. The salad was a little disappointing, but the vinaigrette was delicious. The fries were good. I ordered a guava mimosa. It was a little on the sweet side for me, but overall not bad. The service was quick and attentive. Overall, I would come back for breakfast again.
One of the best brunch place in bay area. French toast was so soft with right amount of sweetness, not too overpowering. White bread toasted yo perfection. Hashbrown were quite unique with parsley. Scrambled eggs were so soft. Got the basics tight very well.
Absolutely loved Rick's cafe for breakfast. Went more than once whilst I was visiting my sister. My husband had the Mexican skillet which was yum with perfectly poached eggs. My standard order was the chocolate and strawberry crepes! Delicious with just the right amount of chocolate, strawberries and whipped cream. The crepes are thin and light too. What more can you ask for? Would definitely recommend.
The staff here are nice. They have outdoor seating. I've been getting their ultimate lumberjack every time I visit. It's a huge pancake with wheat germs, blueberries, banana, nut, served with syrup and a side of blueberry compote. It's a unique dish. They have all the standard diner egg dishes. Their coffee is probably one of the worst things on the menu. One the few breakfast places in town.
Good breakfast. Old fashion city dinner style vibe.
I've been coming to Rick's for years & they are always consistently good. I love their pancakes & smoothies, but honestly all of the food is really good here. Definitely one of my favorite places in downtown Los Altos.
I had the crepes and plain pancakes and they were delicious!!! Massive variety of breakfast dishes. I haven’t seen such variety in one menu anywhere in the world which I loved as I enjoy breakfast. Only down side was the waiting times. 1 hour to be seated and around 45’ to be served (ps it was Mother’s Day).
Had a wonderful time at Rick’s. Great brunch and attentive servers.

Our favorite place in downtown Los Altos. They have also a story time Sundays at 10am which my daughter loves. Next to it thereâs Manresa Bread where you can have fresh bread and coffee while youâre sitting outside. Canât get any better!
DeMartini has been a Los Altos favorite for decades. In fact it's the oldest operating business in the town, having opened as a local farmstand in the middle of a large orchard in 1932! Come enjoy the extremely fresh produce that's trucked in daily
Nice trails with plenty of sunshine and also a lot of wooded areas. I loved the moss covered trees. Free to visit, bathroom at the parking lot, no running water, but hand sanitizer is available.
I love this local gym! It's perfectly fits my fitness needs. The space is clean, compact, and well-organized, with all the necessary equipment neatly arranged. The cleanliness is a big plus, making my workout experience more enjoyable. The gym has ju
Excellent well organized small park. Three tennis courts, I am a tennis pro, with small fields of grass by an elementary school. Peaceful with nice free parking.
I come here to play tennis 3 times per week in the mornings. Very nice courts surrounded by many BIG trees for shade and each court has a couple of benches with bathrooms nearby and a playground, too!ðð» Located in a nice Los Altos neighborhood
This is a small boutique hotel. Does not have swimming pool or big gym. But it has it charm and great staff. Who do their best to make your stay a pleasant experience. I stay here every time when in the area, it almost fill like coming back home. R
This is a wonderful pocket of peace and tranquility in the middle of the suburban Bay area. You can spend anywhere from 20 min to 2 hours here and despite it being such a small area it is laid out really well. There is a winding river bed that goes t
This place is one of the best bagel places in town. Their cream cheese is very fresh, bagels are always fresh and yummy and the owners greet you with a smile and fast service. It is also never crowded, so you are in and out in less than 5 mins.
