I really appreciate how up front Rick was. He told me they were a little more expensive than other AAA approved shops, but I understand that you get what you pay for. The thoroughness of the diagnostics, the quality of the work done, and the process being made so simple more than justifies the slightly higher cost. If you appreciate quality work you found the right place.

Truck was making noise. Took it in. Took care of it same day. Found other issues that I wasn’t aware of and was more than happy to pay for it because the prices were very fair and I want my truck running smooth for work. If you have a vehicle you want to last then Ricks Auto is the place to go. The face pay feature is great too. They have my info on file and can just charge it automatically with my approval. Super great with my busy schedule.

Rick and Ryan took care of the repairs as soon as possible. They took care of the paperwork with CarMax Max Care program and fortunately the mechanical issues were covered by the extended warranty. They advised on some additional repairs that the truck needed but I am going to have to come back for those. I’m glad I found a trusted ship so close to home. Took my trailblazer for ac recharge and leak check. The technicians were courteous and informative. They had great communication along the process making sure I approved of all repairs and inspections made and what I will need. Thanks you! It feels good to have a ice cold ac in my car again.
