Rickey's Sports Lounge - Sports bar in San Leandro - 15028 Hesperian Blvd, USA

Very cool spot to come and chill. Always has been and even today under new ownership, great place to hang out. Energy is everything. So far I've enjoyed my birthday ( in a private area), some friend's birthdays in the VIP lounge, NBA playoffs, some good fights, a billiard game, a comedy night, oh and I sang at Karaoke (on Wednesdays) and, more importantly, some good enjoyed good food and a nice cocktail or 2 after a long day of work during the week. Love it here.

My review is based on the overwhelming crowd that showed up because of the championship game. My experience was horrible, they did not have it together in the kitchen I waited too long for my food by the time it was served it was cold. I was ignored by one of the bartenders as she chose to serve people She knew it seemed to me, eventually I had to walk away after a few of the people who were tired of waiting walked away. I eventually found a makeshift bar that was at the other side of the building( she was on point and very prompt) which wasn't until the fourth quarter I was ready to leave right after the second quarter. I have been going to this institution for over 20 years and that was the worst I've ever been treated, I would love to recommend this place unfortunately I can't. 😢

I love ❤️ the environment. I go almost every Wednesday for karaoke 🎤 night. It's really karaoke there and some awesome talent there. I brought my Dad there Wednesday Night, he is from Texas and he had a blast. I would like to thank Mike, the staff and all of the folks that patronize Rickey's for making myself and my Dad feel so welcome, especially on all Wednesdays that I have attended so far the last 6 months. Thank You all!!!

For the best catfish and sports in the East bay...come here. I've come on 2 separate occasion just to be sure.Service ..amazing.... Lightening struck twice.... delicious has occurred. Oh yeah a DJ kept it bumpin the whole time....mmm mmm mmm Rickey's. East bay magic...wallahh

I have been here a few times in the last several times and have always had a great time. The service is good and so is the music. There is plenty of seating to enjoy the games and also a nice outdoor area that at one time had tables and chairs set up in the parking lot.

It was on point ,catfish was good, drinks were good ,made by sexy bartenders . Crowd was real cool raider niner game you no raiders had to whip Santa Clara lol ...

A wonderful place to go where you feel as if "everybody knows your name." The food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I enjoyed myself immensely and I will definitely be back, and parking is free and plentiful.

This is a bar, don't go there with the intentions of getting food, especially not GOOD food. They barely had anything that was on their menu in house. It was 5 o'clock pm, 2 turkey burgers were ordered for our group 1 came out and roughly 15-20 minutes later we were informed they didn't have anymore and was barely asked if we wanted a replacement. Once we were asked their were no accommodations or discounts given for the long unnecessary wait. Their wings were small(tiny) and poorly seasoned and by the looks of it they only had thr scraps of French fries left.. Eat before you go... nice tvs, drinks were semi decent and the pool table only had a glitch 1 of the 3 games we played
