Richard's Hotel - Hotel in Hollywood - 1411 S Federal Hwy, USA

This place was okay. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Checking in felt a little third-world (not like a Days Inn not to mention a Sheraton), but for the price it was fine.

Look. You get what you pay for. Considering that it’s affordable, staff doesn’t slack, and with a gas station and cvs 20 steps away. I have no complaints. I had a question for Brian at front desk every time I saw him and that man never gave me an attitude. Great work bro.

We came in last minute with no reservation and spoke to Bryan at the front desk. He was very professional and helped accommodate our needs for the night. It’s nice to know that they have such kind people like Bryan serving guests. The room was very clean and private. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Compared to other prices close to miami this is one of the cheaper hotels - however also my experience was cheap; overall the room was clean and big enough with a separate bathroom; large bed; free parking; reception man looks rough but was very friendly; good food places close by; wifi available but bad coverage; air-conditioning in room and bathroom were very loud; no guests allowed; "pool" is small and directly next to the road but I did not want to use it anyways; I visited Miami the whole day and only came here to sleep; at night neighbours and area was very loud; bed also makes sounds when moving; overall I had an acceptable stay for the price - I travelled alone and did not expect much; bed and room are clean and good if you are on a "budget"

I ended up stranded in Fort Lauderdale for a night and had to walk to this location at 10:30p. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful in finding me a room. The room itself was very clean, larger shower/bathroom than expected, and cozy. I was not expecting how nice it was here. If I am staying in Fort Lauderdale again, I would pick here. 24hr CVS down the street and some restaurants I want to try nearby. I don't have a car, but there's a lot of accessible places around here if you do. Very pleased with my experience.

Sleep in your car if you have to. That place is horrible. We got sick through the ventilation. It's nasty. The places all like 1937. I wouldn't wish that place on my worst enemy sleep in your car. If you have to do not check into that place, find someplace else and they would not offer you a refund. They like to steal your money

Decent rooms for decent price, the rooms had really good AC, my TV was static on every channel and they do this weird thing where they only take cash for deposit and if you don't pick it up before 11 they keep it, and if you don't have cash you have to use their ATM which has a more expensive surcharge than other ATMs, if they did the deposit thing differently and updated their TVs, also there was no hand soap shampoo or conditioner
