Richard’s Pet Friendly Motel - Motel in Hollywood - 1743 Wiley St, USA

I actually really like the Richard chain of motels, but I did not like my stay in this site. My primary issue is that I left my dog alone for less than 2 hours, during which she supposedly howled for "seconds," and the "Ambassador" for the property harassed me about this. He did not speak English but he very much seemed like he was trying to get me evicted for this, and even the staff of the hotel expressed confusion (they were actually on my side and I believe they are the only reason he did not actually kick me out, as they spoke to the owner and said they hadn't heard any noise coming from my dog, and believed it was coming from a different room). I also want to add that there were plenty of people who appear to reside there whose dogs made A LOT of noise throughout the day, WAY more than my dog, and the "Ambassador" didn't harass them. Very discouraging after spending $437 for the three nights (she's actually a service dog but I was told that I couldn't stay in the hotel with her, and that I would have to stay in the pet friendly one that's twice the rate, which means I got charged extra for having a service dog). Also seems odd that he tried to evict me for this when it's a pet friendly hotel.

I have rented here about 4 times. The most recent one,I needed to be in a place I'm familiar with. Under workman's compensation. when I wanted to rerent the room, was not able to. No given reason. I thought I would be able to, needed a place to have my pet .If not allowed to re-rent,pleàse give a reason

Proved. again. to be a great, inexpensive, and local standby Hollywood Beach institution for over 30 years.

They are the worst. Place is disgusting and they tricked me into signing and then they told me that my husky was too big. They refused to give me a full refund. I have contacted the Better Business bearu and filed a complaint. Plus it's drug infested. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to that place

Just recently, I had rented a room at Richards Pet Friendly motel. In light that I have been to this same location before,I returned. This was like my 3rd or 4th time. This most recent time,when I went to rerent my room,was unable to. With no reason given. Only difference to this reservation is that I am undergoing workman's compensation, have been in much pain,wobbling all over,walking slowly as well. Though I have been to this same location before, with proof of what I have, had to leave.

We had a great time at Richards Pet Friendly Hotel. The employees are all awesome and the rooms are clean and well kept. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. They've put a lot of effort into the outside landscaping. Our dogs also enjoyed the little dog friendly area. We will DEFINITELY be back and plan to stay a few days longer next time. We stayed in 2019 and wow 😯 These people made us stress so much. They are loyal to Canadians which whatever but we were there paying every week. They made us stress about moving to different area constantly. I would never stay here again. Ever. It could be better and the rooms are very outdated.

Farrah took very good care of me. She had a beautiful smile and great personality. She is a star! Couldn’t have received better service my first night in Miami. Thank you
