Riccardo's Pizza & Restaurant - Pizza restaurant in Willingboro - 240 Van Sciver Pkwy, USA

I been going there for as long as I can remember always like there food but the last 2 times was a mess.The fist order was a large cheese pizza with extra cheese no extra chees and very little sauce no flavor and they cut it in 4 so it was like 2 slice piieces instead of 8. The Second time I ordered a large pizza extra cheese, onions and mushrooms .Well there was no Extra cheese very little sauce and no taste the flavor is gone. I'm just so dissatisfied and won't be ordering from them again in the future.

Love the reasonable prices for portions. I’ve been going to Ricardo’s for over 20 years. I know the staff for a long time and treat me like family. Everyone has their own opinions but I think they have the best cheesesteaks.

I have nothing but excellent experiences here, I don’t order my wings from nowhere else and they also have the best lunch specials… 2 splices and a fountain drink for 5 dollars plus tax!! :-)

I've been coming to this location for as long as they've been here. I'm as loyal as they get but tonight, Friday 9/29, everyone in this building dropped the ball. I placed my order for pickup, to get my dad's favorite pizza, today is his first anniversary of his passing. I get to the location in the time frame and was told the pizza was gone. No, apologies. No , verbal action communicated. No nothing. Just it's gone. Yall dropped the ball. I won't be back. Not that it matters. Business will continue. Be better.

I've been a long time customer of this restaurant and delivery order on a weekly basis for my elderly mother. Tonight, I go in the restaurant to place an order. The guy that was at the register was a new person and I had to continually repeat the order to him and he confirmed it at the end when I paid for the order. I thought it was a little less than what I normally pay and I confirmed that it was for 2 large salads. He confirmed my order and I waited. When I received my order, I checked my order when I got to my car. I checked my order and it was for one salad instead of two salads. I walked back in the restaurant and said to him that I only have one salad and not two salads. He apologized and told the person to make another salad. Meanwhile, the lady walked over to discuss my concern. I explained to her that I ordered two salads not one and she tried to tell me that $13.85 is the price for one salad with extra dressing. I said to her that I did not order extra dressing and the reason why there are two DIFFERENT dressings is because it's for two salads and not one. She continued to try to tell me that that is the correct price for one salad with chicken. I told her that I order from here on a weekly basis and normally have my orders delivered so please look up my telephone number in the computer to confirm what I normally alway pay. She found my orders in the system and showed them to me and I said correct. I said to her see, I am correct you're looking at the price right there from my last order. She tried to tell me that is not correct. Apparently she does not know how to do math if the system is confirming what I just stated to her what I normally pay for two salads and she's telling me something different. She did not want me to pay the difference of the second salad but instead wanted me to pay more. Very aggravated, I said to her to just refund me my money and I will go somewhere else. Her unprofessional smart remark to me, "She said that's fine". I said to her, "I will never order from here again". She said to me "We have many customers. I don't care one customer will not make a difference". Very poor customer experience with this new management that has taken over. Never again!!!!

RUDE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Would give a zero if I could. Because they wrote down the wrong address, they refused to remake a fresh pizza and instead said they will no longer deliver to me. I use to purchase one to two times a week.

The food is amazing the pasta is so delicious and there cheesesteaks are the best in town definitely recommend if your looking for good food💯

New To the Área, Heard the locals talking about this place and its very delicous, pizza taste just like new york, friendly staff, and pretty quick too. Will be for sure coming back
