Everyone here is so friendly and its so clean! I was craving a banana split and I’ve never had one before! It was so delicious!! There’s so many options for toppings and ice cream! I ended up getting white chocolate raspberry, moose tracks, and strawberry shortcake with whip cream, sprinkles, chocolate & caramel sauce with a cherry on top. So delicious!

I visit very often and am always pleased with the great customer service I receive. I'm a regular so they always remember my order and greet me politely and with a smile. Not to mention how great tasting there ice cream and fruitaletas are!

Customer service sucks! The lady Maria needs to learn her manners. Treated my father in law horrible when she was making his drink. She specifically told him these are the fruits that go in it and refused to let him add anything different. He even said it was fine to charge him extra for it. Maria then started arguing and throwing a fit. She needs to be fired. Makes the place look bad.

I used to love coming here for paletas, but they skimp out on the recipes now. If that was not bad enough the prices even went up! I thought that maybe all the paleterias mirror this skimping practice but I went to La Michoacana in Pasco and they charge the same amount and their paletas are packed full of flavor. It looks like frutaletas is trying to mirror other peoples prices but not their quality.

The kids and I enjoyed the variety of ice cream flavors. It was hard to decide, but we went with huckleberry and rocky road, and weren't disappointed. The tasty treat was a nice way to finish a day of hiking.

Amazing place to get delicious ice cream and if you can't have dairy like me. They have shaved ice, it's worth the money and they have snack if you don't want sweets. Worth going and recommend to friends and family. And you can sit inside or grab to go.

Tonight’s customer service 10/10 Options for ice cream/ fruit bars/ and smoothies are incredible. They also do red Bull mix drinks!!!! Love that. Can’t wait to come back

Absolute worst customer service I've ever received. They had a sign for a Marionberry pie ice cream in the selection and when I tried to order it they said they didn't have that. So I pointed at the ice cream they had labeled as said ice cream the two of the ladies working decided to just give us attitude that it was not the Marionberry pie ice cream and that it was raspberry so we suggested that they change the sign so it wouldn't be an issue with other customers instead of giving us attitude and they shrugged us off and continued to give us attitude the rest of our order. 30 dollars in ice cream for my family and this is the service we got... We will not be returning there anymore.
