If I could give more stars I would! R’House CrossFit is a great facility with great coaches and a great community! I saw both beginners and experienced athletes sweating and cheering each other on. You don’t find this combo everywhere! As a coach myself, I can vouch that the instruction is top notch here! I truly felt like it was my gym away from home. Whether you're local the area or visiting, take a class! I know I’ll plan to be back as soon as I can!

By far my best decision I made when I moved to Atlanta was joining this cross fit gym. Lemar and everyone at the gym are very inclusive and welcoming to everyone. Lemar is amazing at coaching everyone from beginner (I had no experience) to experienced athletes. It’s a super fun gym, good vibes, and good music. I can go as much or as little as I want and I’m definitely already seeing results!

Great freaking gym! Decided to do a Drop In at RHouse and had a blast! Jut was Olympic Lifting class and felt good to get under some weight. Lemar was very welcoming and knowledgeable, the members were super cool and some good work was being put in! If you’re in the area looking for a CF Box, check them out.

I am so grateful for the inclusive environment and expert coaching at R’House! When I first started working out here, I was nervous because I'd never done Crossfit before and wasn't in the best shape. But the coaches and community welcomed me with open arms, and I quickly realized this was the perfect place for me to achieve my fitness and health goals. The coaches are truly exceptional. They took the time to get to know me and understand my fitness level and goals, and created a personalized plan that pushed me just the right amount. With their help, I was able to lose 40 pounds and feel stronger and healthier than ever before. What sets this gym apart is the inclusive environment. The coaches and members are all supportive, encouraging, and welcoming. I always felt like I belonged here, despite my initial fitness level. The coaches took the time to make sure I was using proper form and technique, which made me feel safe and confident during my workouts. The facility is also top-notch, with plenty of space and equipment for everyone. The workouts are challenging but fun, and there's always a sense of camaraderie among the members. Overall, I highly recommend this Crossfit gym to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness and health goals in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is by far one of THE BEST cross fit gyms. Lamar is a great teacher!! If you are beginner + don’t really know what you’re doing he’s gonna get you all the way together making sure you have the form down first. It’s only my 2nd day + my body feels AMAZING, stronger + tighter already! The community is also friendly + encouraging.

Absolutely excellent Gym. The coaches are a wealth of knowledge and the facility is perfect for getting in a good session. I am really enjoying being a part of the R’House community!

When I first came to R’House Crossfit, I was in a rut. I just wanted to get healthy and active again but whatever I was doing was no longer working and I needed help. I knew from the intro class that this is where I needed to be. The members are welcoming and encouraging. Coaches Lemar, Theresa, and Perry are fun to work with and always they emphasize proper form with every skill and workout they teach. If you’re tired of the same old routine, want to be challenged daily, and have a great time while at it no matter your fitness level (trust me on that one), come to R’House!

I attended a beginners class and it was great. I've never taken crossfit so I wasn't sure what to expect. LeMar was very professional, encouraging, and engaged with us. 12/2022 I joined as a client and love it. LeMar is encouraging and won't let you quit on yourself. 8/2023 - still a member of the gym! When I started crossfit, I thought I had to keep up with everyone else. This is about you prioritizing yourself, your health and being better than you were the day before.
