We signed up with RF after being assured that their system would integrate with our existing setup based on our requirements. After several months, we found out it didn’t work. Communication from RF is frustratingly slow, taking weeks to months for each response. They made promises to sell us a product they couldn’t deliver. This experience has been disappointing and a waste of our resources. Not to mention the tens of thousands wasted. Hoping for a fair and reasonable resolution... STAY AWAY!
