I started my pole journey about 6 months ago and it has been life changing. Never in my life have I been this strong. I did competitive sports for years when I was younger and I consider my self athletic, however I've never been able to do a pull up, a push up, or any upper body or intense core work. Six months into my journey I have gained so much strength and my body has become so toned. Aside from strength, this class has given me such confidence. I feel powerful and confident in my body. Danielle is an amazing instructor. She is very patient, detailed, supportive, and provides such a positive class experience. I highly recommend her class if you're wanting to try something new, gain some strength or confidence, tone your body, or even have a new hobby or past time, pole is such an amazing journey that I wish everyone got the chance to experience, and I hope that you get that chance to experience it through revolution pole fitness!

Revolution Pole Fitness is awesome and Danielle is absolutely amazing! It’s such a fun way to get fit and feel healthy. The studio is such an inclusive space that makes it completely comfortable to step out of your comfort zone to try something new. I highly recommend trying out the intro series for anyone new to pole fitness 💕

This is a great place to start or continue your pole journey. Danielle is an amazing instructor and all the ladies are super supportive. The studio has such a fun welcoming environment. I encourage everyone to take a beginners class and see it for themselves. Pole is also a great workout which is a bonus to just feeling really great overall!

**Update** I am going strong on classes and now I have almost completed my heels series which has been such an amazing feeling! Taking more then just pole classes at Revolution has been an amazing experience along with all the girls that I meet. Danielle is more then an instructor she is a committed strong woman that you can connect to on a personal level. She helps you at any physical level you may be at in your journey with dance background or no dance background she is committed to make you feel comfortable in your own skin and style.

It has been 3 weeks of Intro class and I am hooked! Danielle at Revolution Pole Fitness makes sure that anyone who comes into the studio feels supported no matter shape, size or experience level. I had heard that it was a great fitness class that was also fun, and that is absolutely true! I have left every class sore but really feeling like I am making progress! Loving it!!!

I have wanted to try pole fitness for a long time and coming to Revolution was a great decision. After seeing lots of friends posts I decided to give it a shot and absolutely fell in love! Danielle is a wonderful instructor and the intro series is friendly to everyone! I really have to commend Revolution for creating a fun, safe and sexy place for all women which is much too far and few in today's world!

I just started a little over 3 weeks ago with intro series and I'm in love. While I'm not a small girl Danielle cheers me on and doesn't let me give up. The atmosphere is great and the smaller class sizes make me feel more comfortable where usually this would be totally out of my comfort zone. All the girls I've met that attend classes have also been very nice and encouraging. This is for sure the place to go if you want to get into pole and want a friendly and welcoming place!
