Revo is amazing !! Brock and Austin went above and beyond to get my computer back up and running. Brock was so great ! He reinstalled my QB and made everything just aa it was before my computer crash. This is definitely the only place I'll ever go now for computer issues. Highly recommend. They are the best !
I had an issue with my computer booting slowly or not at all and these guys not only determined the point of failure swiftly (was the 2 month old GPU) but also handled a complicated return and eventual refund process. They were courteous, professional and informative whenever I spoke or texted with them. I will be returning in the (hopefully not in the too soon) future!

This company does not seem to care about their customers. I decided to go with this company because they were local and have high ratings on google. I went to the Revo website and filled out a form online to get a quote for a new PC I needed built as the one I currently have is dead. I got an auto no-reply email verifying my form went through. The reply said it takes 1-2 business days for someone to email be back for a quote. I filled it out early Monday morning and now it's the end of Wednesday and still no response. I sent an email to the sales email address to see if they got my form but I still have not heard back from them. How long does it take to get a simple quote? If they are too busy to send a quote, why can't this company send a quick email reply back assuring they did get the form and would be getting the quote when they have time. No communication. I decided to find another company that can take care of me. Do not go here if you need a PC. I wanted to support local small businesses but this company is a disappointment .

I’m not going to bother going on Amazon or Newegg again for PC parts after having been to Revo. I’m serious. If you need any part or peripheral it’s going to be cheaper here and don’t get me started on how knowledgeable these guys are. I’m a PC guy my whole life and Jerry was instantly on the same page for my vision of a PC build that I’ve been thinking about. It was very easy to bounce ideas off him and figure out what I needed without breaking the bank or cheaping out on performance. This is the place to go if you’re looking to upgrade or build a PC.
