I do believe Scott did his best to fix my Nintendo Switches. He was always available and responsive when I reached out to him, just wish he would have advised me sooner that it was beyond repair. He took the time to explain things to me throughout the process and I do appreciate that.
Revival Tech Repair did an excellent job on updating my computer system to Windows 10 and giving me the speed and memory capacity I needed for my recording software. Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable and his prices were very reasonable. He’s very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him for any computer needs.
Whew! Let me tell you; I’ve had the WORSE time with my PC. The motherboard blew out months ago during a storm. Multiple trips to BestBuy and a lot of money later, I had a basically a new broken computer, that was still giving me boot loops and a headache. That was until I took my PC to Scott. He was able to figure out the ram sticks that Best Buy had me buy were not compatible with my CPU (Which Best Buy also had me buy). He was able to fix the issue and communication with him was very easy, as he was giving updates to all stages of the process. It’s been more than 2 weeks and still no issue. I can say he solved the problem. Hopefully I don’t have any future blue screen problems, but if I do, no more Geek Squad, only Revival Tech!

My grandma uses Revival Tech and we are all happy with the service. She is beginning to run into trouble more often these days (she is 86). He is able to remote into her computer and solve most issues or just look at something if she is unsure. I'm thankful she has found someone honest to help her so she is able to continue using her computer.
